宋代政府应对疫病的历史借鉴

【摘要】：正疫病流行不仅造成宋代人口的死亡、迁徙和流动,而且还影响到社会经济的发展和部分战争的进程。这给政府带来极大的挑战,迫使宋政府不得不去思考解决和应对疫病的方法与措施将政府、医家和民间的力量紧密结合起来宋代疫病流行造成的无序状态和饥民暴动,给政府带来极大的挑战疫病因其发病急骤、传染性强、病情凶险,成为宋代流行最广泛的传染病,约发生93次大规模的流行。
[Abstract]:The epidemic not only caused the death, migration and movement of the population in the Song Dynasty, but also affected the development of social economy and the course of some wars. This brought great challenges to the government. Forced the Song government to think about the methods and measures to solve and deal with the epidemic. The government, doctors and folk forces closely combined the disorder caused by the epidemic in the Song Dynasty and the riots among the hungry. It brings great challenge to the government because of its acute disease, strong infectivity and dangerous disease, it has become the most widespread infectious disease in Song Dynasty, about 93 times of large-scale epidemic.
