论明代重典治国及对当前依法治国的启示

【摘要】：明代在法治整体框架上实施的是"重典治国",在实施内容上却不忘人文思想的感化,其法治思想的精髓就是不枉、不怨、不冤、不错的基本点。明代的经济高度繁荣,以及社会政治的稳定都给法律的发展提供了良好的成长环境。
[Abstract]:In the whole frame of the rule of law, the Ming Dynasty carried out the principle of "ruling the country by the rule of law", but did not forget the influence of the humanistic thought on the content of the implementation. The essence of the thought of rule of law was not undeserved, not resentful, not wronged, and a good basic point.The high prosperity of economy and the stability of social politics in Ming Dynasty provided a good growth environment for the development of law.
