【摘要】：明末清初著名思想家黄宗羲一生命运坎坷,但也造就了他敢于求真知、求真理的性格。在法律方面,他是封建历史上第一个敢于提出"君权民授"和"争利"、"祸害"君权主张的人,更是主张以"天下之法取代一家之法"的法律思想启蒙者。
[Abstract]:Huang Zongxi, a famous thinker in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, had a rough life, but also created his character of seeking truth and truth. In the aspect of law, he was the first person in feudal history who dared to put forward the proposition of "monarchy" and "striving for profit" and "bane" monarchy, but also advocated that "the law of the world replace the law of one family".
