【摘要】： 菏泽是我国历史上开发较早的地区。本区具有从事农业生产的优越条件,但也有若干制约农业发展的因素。本文以元明清(鸦片战争前)时期菏泽农业开发为研究对象,系统揭示和复原元明清时期菏泽地区农业开发的历史面貌,探讨总结历史时期本区农业开发的宝贵经验和惨痛教训,为今天本区经济社会的可持续发展提供有益的历史借鉴。本文的理论意义在于通对元明清时期菏泽地区农业开发的研究,可以为专门史、历史地理学和区域开发研究的学科建设做出积极贡献,为历史上黄泛平原地区的开发和国土整治提供典型案例,为今天本区的开发和生态文明建设提供历史依据。本文的实践意义在于通过对元明清时期菏泽地区农业开发的研究,汲取历史的经验教训,以期找到一条适合本区农业经济发展的道路,为今后如何更加有效地趋利避害,加强农业生产开发,调整农业生产结构,保护和建设生态文明提供史鉴。本文共分十章: 第一章从政治、经济、文化方面论述了菏泽地区重要的历史地位。第二章阐述了农业开发的自然条件和资源,包括土地资源、气候资源、水资源、土壤资源和植被,分析了这些因素对农业生产发展的促进和制约作用。第三章对本区历史沿革进行了梳理和考证,理清本区发展演变的轨迹,使人们对菏泽有一个宏观的历史把握。第四章分析了元明清时期国家的重农政策和本区劳动力资源的增加,这是农业开发取得进展的重要保障。第五章主要论述土地垦殖、水利兴修和农业生产技术的提高,这是农业发展的重要表现,也是促进农业进一步发展的重要因素。第六章介绍了粮食作物的种植与发展。第七章论述了经济作物——棉花与牡丹的培植与发展,这是本区农业发展的又一重大表现。第八章论述了河患和蝗灾对本区农业生产的制约作用,介绍了这两大自然灾害情况,分析了这些灾害发生的原因、特征与影响,并从历史的角度提出了一些预防和消除灾害的措施。第九章分析了农业开发活动对生态环境的影响,包括土地利用与土地覆盖变化、湖泊的演变与堙废、盐碱地的改良。第十章是对菏泽地区农业开发经验教训的总结,分析了农业开发中存在的主要问题,并提出了一些有针对性的建议与对策。
[Abstract]:Heze is an early developed area in the history of our country. This area has the advantageous condition to engage in agricultural production, but also has a number of restricting factors of agricultural development. Taking the agricultural development of Heze during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties (before the Opium War) as the research object, this paper systematically reveals and restores the historical features of the agricultural development in Heze area during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. This paper discusses and summarizes the valuable experiences and painful lessons of agricultural development in this area during the historical period, and provides a useful historical reference for the sustainable development of economic society in this area today. The theoretical significance of this paper is that the research on the agricultural development in Heze area during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties can make a positive contribution to the discipline construction of special history, historical geography and regional development research. It provides a typical case for the development and land renovation of the Yellow River plain area in history, and provides the historical basis for the development and ecological civilization construction of this area today. The practical significance of this paper lies in the study of the agricultural development in Heze area during the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, drawing on the historical experience and lessons, in order to find a road suitable for the development of the agricultural economy in this area, and how to seek the advantages and avoid the disadvantages more effectively in the future. Strengthen the development of agricultural production, adjust the structure of agricultural production, and protect and build ecological civilization to provide historical lessons. This paper is divided into ten chapters: The first chapter discusses the important historical status of Heze region from the political, economic and cultural aspects. The second chapter describes the natural conditions and resources of agricultural development, including land resources, climate resources, water resources, soil resources and vegetation, and analyzes the role of these factors in promoting and restricting the development of agricultural production. The third chapter combs and studies the historical evolution of the district, clarifies the development and evolution of the area, and makes people have a macroscopic historical grasp of Heze. The fourth chapter analyzes the policy of emphasizing agriculture and the increase of labor resources in the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, which is an important guarantee for the progress of agricultural development. The fifth chapter mainly discusses land reclamation, water conservancy construction and improvement of agricultural production technology, which is an important manifestation of agricultural development and also an important factor to promote the further development of agriculture. The sixth chapter introduces the cultivation and development of grain crops. The seventh chapter discusses the cultivation and development of cotton and peony, which is another important manifestation of agricultural development in this area. The eighth chapter discusses the restricting effect of river and locust disaster on agricultural production in this area, introduces the two natural disasters, and analyzes the causes, characteristics and effects of these disasters. Some measures to prevent and eliminate disasters are put forward from the point of view of history. The ninth chapter analyzes the impact of agricultural development activities on the ecological environment, including land use and land cover change, lake evolution and waste, saline-alkali land improvement. The tenth chapter is a summary of the experiences and lessons of the agricultural development in Heze area, analyzes the main problems existing in the agricultural development, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
