明代牙人、牙行的职能与商牙关系的探讨——以明代小说材料为中心

【摘要】：明代牙人除了代客买卖以外,牙行与客栈结合形成了歇家牙行,为客商提供食宿,并代为雇佣船脚夫,客观上保护了商人的旅途安全。他们掌握行情,稳定物价,维护了商人利益和市场平稳。本文选取明代小说材料来考察明代牙人的商业活动,以全面认识牙人在明代商业活动中的意义,同时考察明代牙人对商人的利益侵害,揭示出明政府对牙人牙行的控制力日趋衰微。
[Abstract]:In the Ming Dynasty, in addition to buying and selling for customers, the tooth shop combined with the inn to form the shop of Xijiayao, which provided food and lodging for the merchants, and employed the boatman on behalf of the merchant, which objectively protected the traveling safety of the merchant. They control the market, stabilize prices, and maintain the interests of businessmen and the stability of the market. This article selects the Ming Dynasty novel material to investigate the Ming Dynasty Yan people's commercial activity, in order to comprehensively understand the Yan people in the Ming Dynasty commercial activity significance, simultaneously examines the Ming Dynasty tooth people to the merchant interest infringement. It revealed that the government's control over tooth movement was declining.
