从评说游侠看汉代史家的社会公正观

【摘要】：公正作为一种价值判断,侧重的是社会的基本价值取向,并且强调这种价值取向的正当性。作为史家求善诉求的一部分,分析汉代史家对于当时游离于国家秩序之外的游侠群体的评说,可以看到,汉代主流历史观念没有将社会公正的实现完全托付于国家,它承认民间秩序对社会公正责任的正当性,同时也强调以"善"为准则确定国家和民间秩序对社会公正的保证。虽然没有理论上的系统和全面的表达,但在中国史学的早期历程中,史学家已对社会公正之获得与保证予以关注,并通过具体的历史个案,阐述了有关这一重要问题的观念。
[Abstract]:Justice, as a kind of value judgment, emphasizes the basic value orientation of society, and emphasizes the legitimacy of this value orientation. As a part of historians' pursuit for good, this paper analyzes the comments made by historians of the Han Dynasty on the group of rangers who were separated from the national order at that time. It can be seen that the mainstream historical concept of the Han Dynasty did not completely entrust the realization of social justice to the state. It recognizes the legitimacy of the civil order's responsibility for social justice, and also emphasizes the "good" as the criterion to determine the guarantee of the state and the folk order to the social justice. Although there is no systematic and comprehensive expression in theory, in the early history of Chinese historiography, historians have paid attention to the acquisition and guarantee of social justice, and expounded the concept of this important issue through specific historical cases.
