明清江西农民弃农经商对农村宗族制的影响

【摘要】：明清时期,随着商品经济的发展,在人地矛盾日益尖锐的江西地区出现了大量农民弃农经商的现象。这些弃农经商者并没有脱离宗族的控制,更没有导致宗族制的衰落。相反,由于这些农民经商后绝大多数回归故乡,并把大量资金投放到与农村宗族相关的事业上来,这就进一步加强了农村宗族制的发展,从而很大程度上有利于农村旧有社会秩序的稳定,中国传统社会在旧有的道路上继续蹒跚前行。
[Abstract]:During the Ming and Qing dynasties, with the development of commodity economy, a large number of peasants abandoned agriculture and business in Jiangxi, where the contradiction between man and land was increasingly acute. These abandoned farmers and businessmen did not escape the control of the clan, nor did it lead to the decline of the clan. On the contrary, since most of these peasants returned to their hometown after doing business, and invested a great deal of money in rural patriarchal undertakings, this further strengthened the development of the rural clan system. Thus, to a large extent, it is conducive to the stability of the old social order in rural areas, and the Chinese traditional society continues to stagger along the old road.
