【摘要】：正常熟市档案馆保存的227件晚清、民国时期契约档案,形成时间自清嘉庆九年(1805年)至1949年,系统完整、内容丰富,有田地买卖、房产租售、人身赎卖、钱银借贷、税赋征收、建筑托管等等,全面、真实地反映了各个时期常熟农村的生产、生活状况。这批档案时间跨度大,部分又具有很强的连续性,如辛庄吕舍1831年至
[Abstract]:The 227 documents of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, which were kept in the archives of Changshu City during the period of the Republic of China, were formed from nine years of Qing Dynasty (1805) to 1949, with complete systems and rich contents, including land sales, real estate rentals, personal foreclosures, and money and silver loans. Tax collection, building trusteeship and so on, comprehensively and truthfully reflect the production and living conditions of Changshu rural areas in various periods. These archives have a long span of time and some of them have strong continuity, such as from 1831 to 1831.
