【摘要】：正近年来,学术界对西北区域史研究比较关注,特别是自上世纪90年代中央制定西部大开发的战略以来,在许多领域又取得了丰硕的成果。为进一步推动和深化西北地区明清以来经济结构与社会变迁互动关系的认识,提升对经济社会发展转型与区域生态环境变化之间彼此响应的深刻把握,促进学术交流,教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地陕西师范大学西北历史环境与经济社会发展研究院主办
