清代八旗世家子弟的选官与家族任官问题初探

【摘要】：八旗贵族世家伴随清王朝创建而崛起,作为清代的八旗巨姓甲族,他们一直受到清廷的眷顾和倚信。顺治以后,清王朝针对旗人文化相对落后而开辟广泛的入仕门径,也使得一些八旗世家子弟借助笔帖式、荫叙、挑补侍卫、世职对品补用等方式入仕并成为清代大员的情况层出不穷,而某些家族世代任官的情形更是值得特别关注,这些家族在王朝政治中的地位无法撼动,其影响有的延续上百年乃至与清王朝相始终。
[Abstract]:The eight banners aristocratic families rose with the founding of the Qing Dynasty. As the eight banners of the Qing Dynasty, they were always favored and trusted by the Qing government. After Shunzhi, the Qing Dynasty opened up a wide range of official paths in view of the relative backwardness of the flag people's culture, and also made some of the eight banners' family members resort to the style of brushwork, the shade and the shade, so that they could pick up and supplement the guards. In the Qing Dynasty, there were endless situations in which the officials of the world duty had been appointed to the office and became members of the Qing Dynasty, and the situation of some families serving as officials from generation to generation deserved special attention, and the position of these families in the politics of the dynasty could not be shaken. Some of its influence lasted for hundreds of years and even with the Qing Dynasty.
