魏晋南北朝时期馆驿建置探论

【摘要】： 馆驿建置在魏晋南北朝时期并未因战乱而废弛，而是在战争中时有恢复和发展。从专门承担和参与承担信息传递的各机构之发展状况而言，这一时期邮、亭、传、置或衰颓，或发展缓慢，或基本丧失通讯职能，其建置确实呈低落之势；驿则发展很快，其功能、规模渐趋完善、扩大，并逐渐成为通讯系统上的主干。就职能而言，驿不但用于传递公文，，而且开始接待过往人员和供给食宿；与本时期时代特征相适应，驿广泛参与军事和外交事务；同时，驿的私人承担经营、官驿兼为私人服务以及一部分私营邸、店参与信息传递，显示了这一时期馆驿建置私人化的总体特征。 魏晋南北朝时期馆驿机构的发展变化，受当时商品经济发展、社会生活嬗变尤其是人口持续大幅流动，以及民族融合加强、生活习俗发生变化等状况影响最大。这一时期馆驿的变化发展为隋唐时的馆驿制度奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:Guanyi was built in the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties, not because of the war, but in the war when there was recovery and development. In terms of the development of the institutions specifically responsible for and involved in the transmission of information, during this period the post, kiosk, transmission, placement or decline, or slow development, or the basic loss of communication functions, the establishment of which is indeed in a downward trend; The function and scale of the relay are becoming more and more perfect and expanded, and gradually become the backbone of the communication system. As far as its functions are concerned, the relay is not only used for the transmission of official documents, but also for the reception of past personnel and the supply of accommodation and accommodation, which is in line with the characteristics of the present period and is widely involved in military and foreign affairs. At the same time, the private management of the post, the official service and part of the private residence, the shop is involved in the information transmission, showing the general characteristics of the establishment of the privacy of the pavilion during this period. In the period of Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties, the development and change of the post institutions were greatly influenced by the development of commodity economy at that time, the evolution of social life, especially the continuous and large movement of population, the strengthening of national integration, and the change of life customs and so on. During this period, the change of the library post laid the foundation for the system of the museum post in the Sui and Tang dynasties.
