清代阿拉善和硕特旗与杭锦旗、乌喇特旗之间的边界问题研究

【摘要】： 本文主要利用阿拉善左旗档案馆藏清代阿拉善和硕特旗蒙古文历史档案、鄂尔多斯档案馆藏蒙文档案等遗留性史料,结合其他官修文献及后人调查资料,在前人研究的基础上,以阿拉善和硕特旗与杭锦旗、乌喇特旗之间的边界问题为主要探讨对象,对其边界线沿革、边界管理制度、边界纠纷事件以及越界形成的查嘎沁阿拉特阶层等进行了初步考察,提出已见。全文由序言、正文、结语、参考文献四个部分构成,约有4万余字。序言中交待了论文选题的由来及意义、前人研究成果、相关史料和研究方法以及创新之处。正文由五个部分组成。第一部分介绍了阿拉善和硕特旗边界档案的史料价值、相关蒙文档案的大概数量,并列出本文所涉猎的边界档案目录。第二部分论述了阿拉善和硕特蒙古游牧地的变迁,入居阿拉善地区的过程以及阿拉善和硕特旗四至等问题。第三部分考察了阿拉善和硕特旗与杭锦旗之间的交界情况和查嘎沁阿拉特问题。第四部分探讨了阿拉善和硕特旗与乌喇特旗之间的边界变化、边界争端。其中主要以哈拉增呼擦之地的审办情况为例进行探讨。第五部分论述了阿拉善和硕特旗的边界管理制度、对边界纠纷的处理以及对越界者的处罚措施等内容。结语概括总结了全文主要内容及基本论点。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly uses the archives of Alxa Zuo Banner to collect Mongolian historical archives of Alxa and Shute Banner in the Qing Dynasty, the Mongolian archives of Ordos Archives and other remaining historical materials, combined with other official documents and the investigation data of posterity, on the basis of previous studies, Taking the boundary problem between Alxa Heshu Banner, Hangjin Banner and Urat Banner as the main object of discussion, this paper makes a preliminary investigation on the evolution of its boundary line, the border management system, the border dispute incident and the Chagqin Arrate stratum formed by crossing the border, and so on. The proposal has been made. The full text is composed of four parts: preface, text, conclusion and reference, about 40,000 words. In the preface, the origin and significance of the topic selection, previous research results, relevant historical data and research methods as well as innovations are explained. The text consists of five parts. The first part introduces the historical data value of the border archives of Alxa and Shute Flag, the approximate quantity of the related Mongolian archives, and lists the boundary archives catalogs involved in this paper. The second part discusses the changes of the nomadic land of Alxa and Shute Mongolia, the process of entering the Alxa region, and the problems of Alashan and Shute Banner. In the third part, the paper investigates the boundary condition between Alxa Heshu Banner and Hangjin Banner and the Chagqin Arrate problem. The fourth part discusses the border change and border dispute between the Alashan and the Urat banners. Among them, mainly to Hara Zeng the situation of the trial office as an example to explore. The fifth part discusses the border management system of Alxa and Shute Banner, the handling of border disputes and the punishment measures for those who cross the border. The conclusion summarizes the main contents and basic points of the thesis.
