日本殖民统治台湾时期“理番政策”的真相——读傅琪贻著《日本统治时期台湾原住民抗日历史研究——以北台湾泰雅族抗日运动为例》

【摘要】：傅琪贻教授新著《日本统治时期台湾原住民抗日历史研究》(以下简称傅著)揭示日本殖民当局"理番政策"的实质是国家层级的武力讨伐,并剖析"内地观光"怀柔政策的欺骗性,重建北台湾地区泰雅族不可避免地遭受被屠杀乃至灭社命运的史实。傅著所述的血腥事实已足以证明:武力征讨、掠夺、威胁、欺骗、屠杀、灭社,就是所谓"日本统治时期全面而深入的理番政策"的真相。傅教授深刻反思日本军国主义的暴行,深切同情弱势族群泰雅族的悲惨命运,充分呈现了人类的良知与正义。
[Abstract]:Professor Fu Qiyi's new book, the History of aborigines in Taiwan in the period of Japanese domination (hereinafter referred to as Fu), reveals that the essence of the Japanese colonial authorities'"rationalizing policy" is a force crusade at the national level. It also analyzes the deceptive nature of the "mainland sightseeing" policy of Huairou, and rebuilds the historical facts that the Atayal ethnic groups in North Taiwan are inevitably slaughtered and even destroyed. The bloody facts described by Fu's are sufficient proof that force is used to demand, plunder, threaten, and deceive.
