【摘要】：元代实现了空前的全国大统一,在辽阔的帝国疆域里,生活着汉人、蒙古人、回回人、色目人等多个民族。作为征服者的蒙古族，在有限度的推行汉法的过程中也十分重视对本民族语言文化的弘扬。出于政治统治的需要以及蒙古文化扩张主义等方面因素的考虑，也是为了适应大统一的政治与文化需要,元世祖忽必烈统治时期命国师八思巴创制了蒙古新字并于至元六年（即公元1269年）在全国推行,并下令从中央到地方各路、府、州设立专门教习这种蒙古新字的学校——蒙古字学。本文主要分析了元代蒙古字学设立和发展的文化价值理念，并对这一学校体系中教师和生员的情况进行了梳理与分析，特别是对于汉族知识分子在“仕蒙”过程中的心态转变进行重点分析，，并进一步阐述了对解决当今我国少数民族语言文字教育问题的启示。全文共分五个部分：第一部分是对元代蒙古字学设立的情况的整体性介绍。主要包括蒙古族语言文字的演进历程和八思巴蒙古新字创制的政治、文化背景，以及蒙古字学的设置和发展情况。第二部分是对元代蒙古字学校中的生员情况的介绍，对汉族生员学习蒙古新字时矛盾的心态做了简要的分析。第三部分是对元代蒙古字学校中的多族群学官的分析，特别是对汉族知识分子充任蒙古字学学官时的复杂心态进行了论述。第四部分是对蒙古字学存在的影响分析。主要包括八思巴蒙古新字推行失败的原因分析，元代蒙古字学所产生的影响分析以及与同时期西夏、金代的语言文字教育的比较分析。第五部分即结语，即对我国少数民族语言文字教育所产生的启示。
[Abstract]:The Yuan Dynasty achieved an unprecedented national unity, in the vast territory of the empire, living in the Han people, Mongols, Hui, Ximu and other nationalities. As conquerors of the Mongols. In the limited implementation of the process of Han and French also attached great importance to the promotion of the national language and culture, out of the need of political rule and Mongolian cultural expansionism and other factors. This paper mainly analyzes the concept of cultural value of the establishment and development of Mongolian characters in Yuan Dynasty, and combs and analyzes the situation of teachers and students in this school system. Especially for the Han intellectuals in the process of "Shimeng" mentality change to focus on analysis. The paper further expounds the enlightenment to solve the problem of language and character education of minority nationality in our country. The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is a holistic introduction to the establishment of Mongolian characters in Yuan Dynasty, including the evolution of Mongolian language and characters and the political and cultural background of the creation of new Mongolian characters in Basiba. And the establishment and development of Mongolian characters. The second part is to introduce the situation of students in Mongolian character schools in Yuan Dynasty, and to analyze the contradictory mentality of Han nationality students learning Mongolian new characters. The third part is the analysis of the multi-ethnic school of Mongolian characters in Yuan Dynasty, especially the complex mentality of the Han Chinese intellectuals. The 4th part is the analysis of the influence of Mongolian characters. It mainly includes the analysis of the reasons for the failure of the implementation of the new Mongolian characters in Basiba, the analysis of the influence of Mongolian characters in the Yuan Dynasty and the analysis of the same period as the Western Xia Dynasty.
