【摘要】：砖茶是中国茶叶中的一个奇迹。不仅奇在形状上,更奇在它的社会文化功能上。围绕砖茶的生产、长途运输和营销,形成了内地和西北少数民族地区之间长达上千年的砖茶之路。历史上的砖茶之路共有五条,从我国湖南、湖北、四川、云南等砖茶产地辐射向遥远的青藏高原、西域、黄土高原、蒙古高原乃至俄罗斯。砖茶之路不仅创造了中国茶叶史上的奇迹,孕育了奇特的砖茶文化,而且极大地影响了内地与北方少数民族地区的关系,在西北少数民族地区的人口构成、城镇形成、政治治理等方面,扮演了独特的角色。
[Abstract]:Brick tea is a miracle in Chinese tea. Not only in shape, but also in its social and cultural functions. It revolves around the production, long-distance transportation and marketing of brick tea. Formed a thousand years of brick tea road between the inland and northwest ethnic minority areas. There are five brick tea roads in history, from Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Yunnan and other brick tea production areas to the distant Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The road of brick tea not only created the miracle in the history of Chinese tea, but also gave birth to the peculiar brick tea culture. Moreover, it has greatly affected the relationship between the interior and the northern minority areas, and played a unique role in the population composition, the formation of towns and political governance in the northwest minority areas.
