宋代以来雷州半岛水利建设及其影响新探

【摘要】：雷州半岛缺水决定了水利是其命脉。宋代以来,雷州地区大兴水利,兴修了西湖渠、特侣塘、捍海堤等水利工程,形成了发达的水利网络。与之相适应,实行塘长、岸长制度,制定严明的水利法规。雷州水利工程的兴修促进了雷州半岛农业生产的发展,解决了城市水患,也反映了官绅集团在水利共同体中的相互关系,而雷州州治变迁也与水利工程密切相关,同时也影响了以雷祖祠为中心的相关信仰中心的变迁。
[Abstract]:The lack of water in the Leizhou Peninsula has determined that water conservancy is its lifeblood. Since the Song Dynasty, water conservancy projects have been built in the area of Leizhou, such as water conservancy projects such as the West Lake Canal, the Special Lake Canal, and the defence of seawalls, which have formed a developed water conservancy network. In accordance with the water conservancy network, the system of long ponds and long ponds has been implemented. The establishment of the Leizhou Water Conservancy Project promoted the development of agricultural production in the Leizhou Peninsula, solved the urban flood problem, and also reflected the mutual relationship of the Guangentry Group in the water conservancy community. The vicissitudes of Leizhou are closely related to water conservancy projects, and also affect the changes of faith centers centered on Lei Zu ancestral Hall.
