宋朝应对民变若干措施新探

【摘要】：在中国帝制王朝中,宋朝持续的时间最长,其最终灭亡也与民变没有多少关联。宋朝之所以相对特殊,与其应对民变相对成功密切相关。诸如民变信息及时上报、充分依靠民间力量、对特别地区实行特殊法令等措施都取得了不错的效果,使得宋朝基本上能将民变限制在政府可控的范围内。尤其是前两项措施,更是具有长远的历史影响和启发意义。
[Abstract]:The Song Dynasty lasted the longest in China's imperial dynasty, and its eventual demise had little to do with the uprising. The reason why Song Dynasty is relatively special is closely related to its success in dealing with the people's transformation. Such measures as timely reporting of the information of the people's uprising, full reliance on folk forces, and the implementation of special decrees in special areas have achieved good results, so that the Song Dynasty can basically limit the people's revolt to a controllable range of the government. In particular, the first two measures have a long-term historical impact and enlightening significance.
