《新语》与汉代的教化

【摘要】：《新语》为陆贾受汉高祖刘邦之命,“著秦所以失天下,吾所以得之者何,及古成败之国。”旨在强调“逆取而顺守之,文武并用”之术。对汉代政治的走向产生了深远的影响。故研究汉代的政治、政治思想往往自陆贾始。但既往的研究者大多从儒家思想的发展、儒学的制度化关注陆贾和《新语》；大多关注的是陆贾对“秦所以失天下”的总结,注意到汉初“逆取而顺守之,文武并用”的转变；而对陆贾“逆取而顺守之,文武并用”之术主要内容的“教化”、“移风易俗”思想及对汉代社会的影响少有论及。 从民俗思想史的角度来说,治史者对陆贾的“正风俗,通文雅”、“上之化下犹风之靡草”的理论及其历史地位也关注不够。本文在先贤对陆贾和《新语》既往研究的基础上,专门研究《新语》的教化思想和理论；探讨汉代的教化的措施与实践；研究两者的关系。笔者认为,中国古代的教化虽溯于商周,但系统的教化理论的提出、全面教化措施的制定自陆贾始；把教化作为统治国家的基本方略之一,自汉代始。从民俗学史的角度说,“上之所化”、“下之所习”是中国民俗的重要特点,研究《新语》和汉代的教化理论与实践,也可为当代移风易俗,建设社会主义精神文明提供历史借鉴。
[Abstract]:New language: Lu Jia was ordered by Liu Bang, the ancestor of Han Gao. "after Qin lost the world, what did I get, and the country of success or failure in ancient times." The purpose of this article is to emphasize the technique of "taking the reverse and obeying it and using both civil and military methods". It had a profound influence on the political trend of the Han Dynasty. Therefore, the study of the politics of the Han Dynasty, political thought often started from Lu Jia. However, most of the previous researchers focused on the development of Confucianism, the institutionalization of Confucianism focused on Lu Jia and "New language", and most of them paid attention to Lu Jia's summary of "the loss of the world from Qin Dynasty" and the change of the early Han Dynasty. However, there is little discussion about the main contents of Lu Jia's theory of "converse and obedient, cultural and military", "changing the customs" and its influence on the society of the Han Dynasty. From the point of view of the history of folklore thought, historians pay less attention to Lu Jia's theory and historical status of "positive customs, good manners" and "the grass swept by the wind". Based on the previous studies of Lu Jia and Xin Yu, this paper focuses on the enlightenment thought and theory of Xinyu, probes into the measures and practices of enlightenment in the Han Dynasty, and studies the relationship between the two. The author holds that although the ancient Chinese enlightenment dates back to Shang and Zhou dynasties, the systematic theory of enlightenment was put forward, and the formulation of comprehensive enlightenment measures began from Lu Jia, and the enlightenment was regarded as one of the basic strategies for ruling the country since the Han Dynasty. From the perspective of the history of folklore, it is an important characteristic of Chinese folklore to study the theory and practice of Chinese folklore from the perspective of the history of folklore. The construction of socialist spiritual civilization provides historical reference.
