【摘要】：王锡爵家族是太原王氏的分支后裔,后迁至常熟、太仓一带繁衍生息。王锡爵自幼聪颖好学,并于世宗嘉靖四十一年(1562年)入翰林院供职,从此进入仕途。王锡爵在仕途过程中形成了一套独特的处理君臣关系的主张以及重民思想、用人思想。王锡爵因张居正夺情一事而被万历皇帝赏识进而入阁。王锡爵担任内阁首辅时期,在处理河南水灾、“抗倭援朝”和“三王并封”等重大国事中起到十分重要的作用,最终使河南水灾和饥荒得到遏制,使“抗倭援朝”战争在第一阶段获得了初步胜利,使“三王并封”一事得以顺利解决,缓和了君臣矛盾,充分发挥了内阁首辅的作用。王锡爵是一位个性复杂的人,当时及后世对他的评价褒贬不一。
[Abstract]:Wang Xijue family is a branch of Taiyuan Wang descendant, after moving to Changshu, Taichang area reproduction. Wang Xijue was intelligent and eager to learn, and in 41 years (1562) of Jiajing Shizong into the Academy of Hanlin, from then on into the career. Wang Xijue formed a unique idea of dealing with the relationship between monarch and minister in the process of his official career, as well as his thought of valuing the people and employing people. Wang Xijue was appreciated by Emperor Wanli and entered the Pavilion because of Zhang Juzheng. Wang Xijue played a very important role in dealing with the floods in Henan Province, "resisting Japan and assisting the DPRK" and "three kings and sealing up" during the first auxiliary period of the cabinet. Finally, the floods and famine in Henan were contained. In the first stage, the war of "resisting Japanese and assisting Korea" got a preliminary victory, so that the "three kings and sealed" could be solved smoothly, the contradiction between monarch and minister was alleviated, and the role of cabinet as the first assistant was brought into full play. Wang Xijue is a complex personality, at that time and later generations of his evaluation is mixed.
