一场政治斗争——康熙历狱的审判过程再辨析

【摘要】：康熙历狱审讯开始后,清廷官员首先以"谋叛"和"妖书"等罪名审讯汤若望等人,并判处汤若望传播邪教、编造新书惑众的罪名成立。然而这一判决却因顺治帝曾经对汤若望的公开褒奖而难以执行,清廷才转而以误用洪范五行选择荣亲王葬期判处汤若望等人。康熙历狱不是因选择荣亲王葬期而发生的择日之争,却是辅政大臣陷害汤若望的政治斗争。
[Abstract]:After the trial of Kang Xi-li prison, Qing government officials first tried Tang Ruowang and others on charges of "conspiracy" and "evil book," and sentenced Tang Ruowang to spread a cult and fabricate a new book to confuse the public. However, this judgment was difficult to carry out because of the public praise of Tang Ruowang by Emperor Shunzhi, so the Qing government instead sentenced Tang Ruowang and others for his misusing Hong Fan's five elements to choose the burial period of Prince Tang Ruowang. Kang Xi-li prison was not due to the choice of the burial period of Prince Rong, but because of the political struggle of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to frame Tang Ruowang.
