自然灾害与宋代政治初探

【摘要】：宋代是中国古代社会繁盛时期，经济发展较快，人口数量也达到空前。然而,频繁的自然灾害给当时的社会造成严重的创伤，，基于灾害天谴论等“天人感应”的思潮之下的宋朝君臣，无不感受到灾害带来的精神压力。从而实施了一系列禳灾弭灾措施，以求得到上天的庇护，化灾异为祥瑞。本文拟对灾害发生后，宋政府采取的一些弭灾措施以及灾害对宋代虑囚制度、官员仕途和言谏制度进行探讨。 本文分为七个部分。绪言部分：主要回顾学术界对相关的问题的研究现状，指出其中的结论性成果以及相对忽略的部分；对相关的概念进行界定，理清研究思路与方法。第一章，自然灾害与宋代社会危机的形成。主要概括宋代几种主要自然灾害对宋人生活造成的冲击；其次论述宋人对前代灾害天谴论及阴阳五行论的继承，这些构成宋代君臣各种弭灾行为的基础。第二章：灾害与宋代君主专制统治。主要论述宋代自然灾害发生后，帝王的各种弭灾行为。第三章：灾害与宋代官员。论述宋代救灾官员、程序的设置，以及灾害对官员的影响。第四章：灾害与宋代虑囚和言谏制度。主要论述灾害对宋代司法和言谏制度的影响。结论部分：总结前文，分析宋代弭灾措施所反映的背后意义。
[Abstract]:The Song Dynasty was a prosperous period in ancient China, with rapid economic development and unprecedented population. However, frequent natural disasters caused serious trauma to the society at that time. The monarch and minister of the Song Dynasty under the ideological trend of "natural and human induction", such as the theory of natural disaster, felt the mental pressure brought by the disaster. Therefore, a series of disaster prevention measures were carried out in order to obtain heaven's shelter and turn disaster into auspicious. This paper intends to discuss some measures taken by the Song government to eliminate the disaster after the disaster occurred, as well as the system of concern for prisoners, official career and admonition system in the Song Dynasty. This paper is divided into seven parts. Preface: review the current situation of academic research on related issues, point out the conclusions and relatively neglected parts, define the relevant concepts and clarify the research ideas and methods. The first chapter, natural disasters and the formation of social crisis in the Song Dynasty. It mainly summarizes the impact of several kinds of natural disasters on the life of Song people in Song Dynasty. Secondly, it discusses the inheritance of the natural calamities of the previous dynasties and the theory of the five elements of Yin and Yang, which constitute the basis of all kinds of actions to eliminate disasters of the monarch and ministers of the Song Dynasty. Chapter two: disasters and the despotic rule of monarchy in Song Dynasty. Mainly discusses the natural disasters occurred in the Song Dynasty, emperors to eliminate all kinds of disaster behavior. Chapter three: disasters and officials in Song Dynasty. Discusses the Song Dynasty disaster relief officials, procedures, and the impact of disasters on officials. Chapter four: disaster and Song Dynasty. This paper mainly discusses the influence of disaster on the system of judicature and admonition in Song Dynasty. Conclusion: summing up the previous text and analyzing the significance of the measures to eliminate disasters in Song Dynasty.
