从漕运卫所和仓储体系看明前中期漕运改革——以徐州地区为中心的考察

【摘要】：明代漕运改革,既体现了王朝财政体系的整体转变,也着眼于解决运河沿线漕运实施中的具体问题。徐州卫所和仓储体系的转变,集中呈现了这一过程的丰富面相。宣德五年,徐州左卫的建立与由支改兑直接相关,是兑运法得以实行的重要环节。同时,徐州开始形成两套仓储体系,即在全国范围内发挥支运功能的广运仓和兑运法下州县级水次仓。长运法的实施,并未改变徐州所行兑运法,却对其支运体系做了调整,广运仓转变为运军关支行粮所在。可见,支运、兑运到长运法的实行并非简单的线性变化。理解三次运法改革,不但应从交兑方式理解,更需对漕运卫所和仓储体系等作整体考量。
[Abstract]:The reform of water transportation in Ming Dynasty not only reflected the whole transformation of the financial system of the dynasty, but also focused on solving the specific problems in the implementation of canal transport. The transformation of Xuzhou Wei Institute and warehousing system concentrated on the rich aspect of this process. Xuande five years, the establishment of Xuzhou Zuo Wei is directly related to the change from support to exchange, which is an important link in the implementation of the law. At the same time, Xuzhou began to form two sets of storage system, that is, the wide transportation warehouse with the function of supporting transportation in the whole country and the county level water sub-warehouse under the method of mixing and transporting. The implementation of the long term transportation method did not change Xuzhou's transportation method, but it adjusted its branch transportation system, and the wide transportation warehouse was transformed into the grain transportation system of the military branch bank. It can be seen that the implementation of the long-haul shipping method is not a simple linear change. To understand the reform of the three times transportation law, we should not only understand from the mode of delivery, but also consider the water transportation and health office and the storage system as a whole.
