“汉阳诸姬”初探

【摘要】：“汉阳诸姬”分布于汉水之北与淮水上游以南的广大区域,以姬姓为主,也包括一些异姓的古族古国。这些诸侯国有的分封于武成时期,但大多数分封于昭穆时期,逐步构建南土防线。当时周王朝分封“汉阳诸姬”当为防御淮夷,而在淮夷势力减弱之时楚却趁机兴起,转而又抵御楚国。随着楚国势力的崛起,以及其北扩战略的推行,“汉阳诸姬”面对楚国强大的政治与军事压力,已不能有效达到先前抵御荆楚,拱卫西周王室的目的。在春秋时期,王纲解纽,诸侯争霸的政治形势下,“汉阳诸姬”开始更多考量如何避免过早被楚国吞并的厄运。它们不得不委曲求全,在新兴大国楚国面前,通过上贡与贿赂、政治联姻、结盟、委质和附庸等手段,不得不出让自己国家主权,成为楚国北扩战略推行过程中的牺牲品。虽然这种委曲求全不对称外交策略在一定程度上延缓了“汉阳诸姬”衰亡进程,但却无法避免其最终被吞并的悲剧命运。
[Abstract]:"Zhuji of Hanyang" is distributed in the north of Han River and south of the upper reaches of Huai River, mainly by Ji surname, including some ancient countries with different surnames. Some of these princes were sealed in Wucheng period, but most of them were in Zhaomu period. At that time, the Zhou Dynasty sealed "Hanyang Zhuji" as a defense against Huai Yi, but Chu took advantage of the rise of Huai Yi power to resist Chu. With the rise of the power of Chu and the implementation of its strategy of expanding to the north, "Hanyang Zhuji" could not effectively resist Jing Chu and defend the Western Zhou royal family in the face of the strong political and military pressure of the State of Chu. During the Spring and Autumn period, the political situation of Wang Gang and the princes fighting for hegemony began to give more consideration to how to avoid premature annexation by Chu. In the face of the new great powers, Chu, they had to resort to the means of offering tribute to bribery, political marriage, alliance, commission and vassal, so they had to let their own national sovereignty and become victims of the implementation of the strategy of northward expansion of Chu. Although this kind of unbalanced diplomacy strategy to some extent delayed the process of the decline and death of "Hanyang Zhuji", it could not avoid the tragic fate of its eventual annexation.
