【摘要】：比较政治学的概念工具和方法有助于提高我们对全球气候变化政治的理解。本文将阐释比较政治学的核心特征,并且倡导在气候政治研究中应用严格的比较方法。在这一过程中,文章将重点指出三组政治因素——制度、利益和观念。这些因素对于解释国内层面的气候变化政治有着广阔的前景。最后,本文认为我们应该(重新)思考国际政治和国内政治是如何互动的。
[Abstract]:The conceptual tools and methods of comparative politics help to improve our understanding of global climate change politics. And advocates the application of strict comparative methods in the study of climate politics. In this process, the article will focus on pointing out three groups of political factors-institutions, Interests and ideas. These factors have broad prospects for explaining climate change politics at the domestic level. Finally, this paper argues that we should rethink how international and domestic politics interact.
