政治话语的转译与实践——以梁启超为例

【摘要】：西方的政治话语,根本上源于对西方宪制语境下的文化传统及价值标准的体察与适应。然而,自从梁启超试图将西方的民主思想在凝聚国家"群"力的目的之下予以转译,法治之于中国的实践道路则呈现出与之完全不同的样态。西方的成功经验只是为中国指引了一个理想化的方向,而那种基于文化与制度的中国性认知,则为清末救亡语境下梁启超所进行的政治话语转译与实践提供了另一种叙事的可能。
[Abstract]:The political discourse of the West originates from the understanding and adaptation of the cultural traditions and value standards in the western constitutional context. However, since Liang Qichao tried to translate the western democratic ideas into the "group" power of the country, The practical path of the rule of law in China is completely different from it. The successful experience of the West only directs an idealized direction for China, and that kind of Chinese cognition based on culture and system. It provides another narrative possibility for the translation and practice of political discourse carried out by Liang Qichao in the context of saving his life in the late Qing Dynasty.
