[Abstract]:Thailand is in a state of political chaos. Some Western political observers frown that instead of fighting for "one person, one vote" in Bangkok's streets, they oppose "one person, one vote."Because Yingluck's Thai Party and its predecessor always cared for the poor peasants in the rural areas of the north, and the number of peasants was the majority, if the "one person, one vote" elections were held, the Thai Party would always win.The opposition accused Ms Yingluck and Mr Thaksin of using farmers to defend their political status, demanding "political reform" before elections were held. This was essentially a denial of "one person, one vote" and a "people's parliament" of elites from all sectors.
