全球化与民主:理论回顾与发展

【摘要】：全球化与民主的关系是政治学中的传统命题,以往的研究集中于全球化与民主转型、全球化与民主运行、全球化与全球民主三个方面。本文通过对上述文献的检视,提出传统研究普遍存在的三个问题,即概念问题、假设问题和范式问题。这就不难理解为何该领域虽有大量文献,但是却同时存在不一致的结论,且这些理论往往不能解释历史与现实。鉴于此,笔者发展了一种新的研究框架,即以国家为中介的全球化动态分配图,试图弥补传统研究文献的不足,以及更好地解释历史和现实状况。
[Abstract]:The relationship between globalization and democracy is a traditional proposition in political science. Previous studies focused on three aspects: globalization and democratic transformation, globalization and democratic operation, globalization and global democracy. In this paper, three common problems in traditional research, namely conceptual problem, hypothetical problem and normal form problem, are put forward by reviewing the above literatures. It is not difficult to understand why there is a lot of literature in this field, but there are inconsistent conclusions at the same time, and these theories often can not explain history and reality. In view of this, the author develops a new research framework, that is, the dynamic distribution map of globalization mediated by the state, in order to make up for the deficiency of the traditional research literature and to better explain the historical and realistic situation.
