【摘要】：中国现在正处在社会转型时期,是深化改革的关键时期,也是全面建成小康社会的决定性阶段。此时一些社会矛盾、社会问题更加凸显,要求党和政府必须高度重视作为社会历史发展主体的人民群众的生存发展状况、肯定符合人的尊严与人性的生活条件、追求和实现人的自由解与放全面发展。这一时代要求正契合了马克思主义人文关怀思想的基本内涵,对中国共产党人文关怀思想的研究不仅能极好地回应人的主体性与创造性日益凸显的时代特征,也能够满足推进社会不断进步、构建和谐社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”的现实需求。第一部分通过对“人文”、“人文关怀”和中国共产党人文关怀思想等相关概念的阐释,明确交代中国共产党人文关怀思想的含义,对相关概念的全面认识是全文写作的起点,明确研究的内容“是什么”,才能把握好文章写作的方向。第二部分从中国共产党人文关怀思想的直接来源、历史渊源和现实基础三个方面阐释其理论来源,厘清几者之间的关系。充分证实中国共产党的人文关怀思想不是空穴来风,而是有深厚的理论积淀与思想基础,这也对其内涵的丰富性产生了重大影响。第三部分为中国共产党人文关怀思想概要,主要论述群众观点和群众路线、“三个有利于”标准、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观和“五位一体”总布局中的人文关怀思想,借此对中国共产党人文关怀思想有一整体上的认识,并找到贯穿这一思想始终的价值追求和价值目标。第四部分在整体把握中国共产党人文关怀思想已有的基础上,概括出中国共产党人文关怀思想人民性、时代性、实践性和连续性四个主要特征,深化对这一思想的认识。第五部分论述了研究中国共产党人文关怀思想的理论价值与实践价值,对党的人文关怀思想有何意义进行深入探讨。中国共产党是马克思主义执政党,对其人文关怀思想的研究不仅能够丰富和发展科学社会主义理论和中国特色社会主义理论,还能够为国际社会主义事业提供宝贵的经验,推动国际社会主义事业的发展和中国特色社会主义事业的发展。中国共产党人文关怀思想包含着丰富的内涵和意蕴,本文主要采用文献研究法、逻辑与历史相统一的方法相结合,力求从宏观上分析和把握中国共产党人文关怀思想的相关内容,并以此指导当前和今后中国社会的发展。
[Abstract]:China is now in the period of social transformation, which is the key period of deepening reform and the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At this time, some social contradictions and social problems have become more prominent, requiring the party and the government to attach great importance to the survival and development of the people as the main body of social and historical development, so as to definitely conform to the living conditions of human dignity and humanity. The pursuit and realization of human freedom and comprehensive development. The requirement of this era is in line with the basic connotation of the Marxist humanistic care thought. The study of the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China can not only be an excellent response to the increasingly prominent characteristics of human subjectivity and creativity. It can also meet the practical needs of Chinese Dream, which promotes social progress, constructs harmonious society and realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The first part explains the related concepts such as "humanity", "humanistic concern" and the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China, and explains the meaning of the humanistic solicitude thought of the Communist Party of China. The overall understanding of the related concepts is the starting point of the full text writing. Only by clarifying the content of the study, can we grasp the direction of writing. The second part explains the theoretical source of the Chinese Communist Party from three aspects: the direct source, the historical origin and the realistic basis, and clarifies the relationship between the several. It is fully proved that the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China is not groundless, but has a profound theoretical accumulation and ideological foundation, which also has a great influence on the richness of its connotation. The third part is a summary of the Chinese Communist Party's humanistic care thought, which mainly discusses the mass viewpoint and mass line, the "three favorable" standards, and the important thought of "three represents". The scientific concept of development and the humanistic care thought in the total layout of "five in one", in order to have a whole understanding of the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China, and to find the value pursuit and value goal that run through this thought all the time. The fourth part, on the basis of grasping the existing humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China as a whole, generalizes the four main characteristics of the humanistic care thought of the Communist Party of China, namely, the people's character, the epochal character, the practicality and the continuity, and deepens the understanding of this thought. The fifth part discusses the theoretical and practical value of the study of the Chinese Communist Party's humanistic care thought, and probes into the significance of the party's humanistic care thought. As the ruling party of Marxism, the study of the Communist Party of China's humanistic care ideology can not only enrich and develop the theory of scientific socialism and socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also provide valuable experience for the cause of international socialism. We will promote the development of the international socialist cause and the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. The thought of humanistic care of the Communist Party of China contains rich connotation and implication. This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research, combining logic with the method of unifying history. This paper tries to analyze and grasp the relevant contents of the Chinese Communist Party's humanistic care thought from the macroscopic view, and to guide the development of the Chinese society at present and in the future.
