王阳明的乡治思想和实践研究

【摘要】：王阳明是儒家集“立功、立言、立身”于一身的代表人物,他从“明德亲民”政治思想出发,以“致良知”哲学思想为指导,以改变明朝中后期赣南地区社会失序为目的,提出以制定乡约和兴办社学为主要内容的乡治思想,并于现实中践行。其乡治思想及实践具有丰富的历史和现实价值。良好的家世背景和丰富的学术志趣,使阳明在几度思想转向后,专事儒学,并悟得“致良知”之旨。“致良知”哲学思想与儒家所倡“明德亲民”一道,共同构成阳明乡治思想的来源。在传统乡约基础上,王阳明提出“举乡约”与“兴社学”,以重建赣南社会秩序、提高乡民文化水平。围绕《南赣乡约》所设计的组织构成齐全、运行流程完善的乡民自治组织,分析王阳明“乡约”的独特之处,得出相应启示,包括乡民自治组织对乡村社会发展的必要性和重要性,以及如何协调国家与地方力量,以促进组织的良性发展。通过对王阳明所推行“社学”蕴含的研究,分析教授儒家经典和修习传统礼仪对实现社会教化、淳化民风、提高乡民素质的重要意义和启示。结合目前乡村社会中存在的涉及乡村组织建设、领导力量及精神文明建设方面的诸多问题,通过梳理及分析阳明乡治思想及实践中乡约组织、乡长里老、社学教化所发挥的作用,得出由王阳明“乡治”所带来的启迪,主要涉及正确发挥村干部的领导作用、强化乡村社会组织建设和加强乡村精神文明建设三个方面,以期为现今乡村社会的治理提供更多思考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:Wang Yangming, a representative figure of the Confucian collection of "Li Gong, Li and Li", started from the political thought of "Ming and the people and people", guided by the philosophical thought of "leading to conscience", and aimed at changing the social disorder in the south of Jiangxi in the middle and late Ming Dynasty. It has a rich historical and practical value. A good family background and rich academic aspirations make Yangming, after a few thoughts, focus on Confucianism and realize the purport of "conscience". The philosophy of "conscience" and the "Ming and the people of Ming and the people" advocated by Confucianism together constitute the source of the thought of Yangming township. On the basis of the traditional local contract, Wang Yangming proposed to "lift the country contract" and "promote the social science" to rebuild the social order of Southern Jiangxi and improve the cultural level of the villagers. The rural autonomy organization, which is designed around the southern Jiangxi rural contract, has completed the complete process of the rural autonomous organization, and analyzes the unique features of Wang Yangming's "rural contract", and draws the corresponding enlightenment, including the villagers' autonomous group. The necessity and importance of the development of the rural society and how to coordinate the national and local forces in order to promote the benign development of the organization. Through the research contained in the "social science" carried out by Wang Yangming, the significance and Enlightenment of the Confucian classics and the practice of traditional etiquette on the realization of social education, the Chunhua folk style and the improvement of the quality of the villagers are analyzed. Combined with the existing problems in rural society, which involves the construction of rural organization, leadership and the construction of spiritual civilization, through combing and analyzing the role of the rural organizations, the old people and the education of Social Sciences in the thought and practice of Yangming Township, the enlightenment brought by Wang Yangming's "township governance" is mainly involved in the correct play. The leading role of village cadres, strengthening the construction of rural social organizations and strengthening the construction of rural spiritual civilization in three aspects, in order to provide more thinking and reference for the governance of the present rural society.
