道家社会管理思想的主旨及其意义

【摘要】：道家的社会管理思想立基于"道"的理论:"道"是万物之源及其运行发展的内在动力和趋势,无为、柔弱、利物是"道"的特性。这些特性体现为三大管理主旨:遵道而行的治国原则、无为而治的管理模式、慈柔宽容的道德信条。这可谓是管理历史上最早的人本管理和柔性管理思想,它启示管理者顺民意,不妄为,以慈爱宽容的柔性力量感化和影响被管理者。道家的社会管理智慧具有超越时空的价值,不仅受到古今中外一些管理者的青睐,亦可为当代中国的社会管理提供文化资源。
[Abstract]:Taoist social management thought is based on the theory of "Tao": "Tao" is the source of all things and the internal motive force and trend of its operation and development, inaction, weakness and profit are the characteristics of "Tao". These characteristics are embodied in three management gist: the principle of governing according to the way, the management mode of governing without action, and the moral creed of kindness and tolerance. This is the earliest humanistic management and flexible management thought in the history of management. It enlightens managers to follow the will, not to act in vain, and to influence and influence the managers with the soft force of mercy and tolerance. Taoist social management wisdom has the value of transcending time and space. It is not only favored by some managers, but also provides cultural resources for social management in contemporary China.
