生态民主:科学内涵、时代价值与实践选择

【摘要】：对生态民主的关注源于人类对自然生态破坏后导致生态危机所引发的思考,借鉴生态学原理来研究民主,是民主研究的新视角。同自然生物一样,民主也蕴藏在多种生态关联之中,而生态民主的研究对促进人的科学发展及人与自然的和谐共生意义深远。本质上,生态民主将通过实现人与自然、自然物种、人际代际间的民主关系来实现人与自然的和谐共处,平等包容、多元系统、动态开放是其特征,认识、制度、实践层面的践行使其在物质文明、政治文明、生态文明、和谐社会建设方面具有时代价值和理论意义。
[Abstract]:The concern for ecological democracy originates from the thinking caused by the ecological crisis caused by human beings' destruction of natural ecology. It is a new angle of view to study democracy by using ecological principles for reference. Like natural organisms, democracy is also contained in a variety of ecological links, and the study of ecological democracy is of far-reaching significance in promoting the scientific development of human beings and the harmony and symbiosis between human beings and nature. In essence, ecological democracy will achieve the harmonious coexistence of man and nature through the realization of democratic relations between man and nature, natural species, and interpersonal intergenerational relations, equality and tolerance, pluralistic systems, and dynamic openness are its characteristics, understanding, system, The practice of practice makes it of age value and theoretical significance in material civilization, political civilization, ecological civilization and harmonious society construction.
