先秦民本思想及其当代价值

【摘要】： 中华文化有着悠久的历史,其中不乏历经数千年的涤荡、洗礼,却依然闪耀价值光辉的精华思想,先秦民本思想就属于这一范畴。先秦民本思想是传统文化留给我们今天可供借鉴的宝贵资源。纵观整个中国传统民本思想体系,先秦时期的民本思想无论在理论的深刻性,还是政治实践的实效性上都占有举足轻重的地位。单在弘扬优秀传统文化的语境下,从考察传统政治思维、政治哲学理论价值的角度,先秦民本思想就值得加以研究。更为重要的是,它的民本思维、政治主张、价值理念在回应当前社会政治、经济、文化领域的发展羁绊时,展现出强烈的现实意义。因此相应地,对先秦民本思想的历史脉络做一番梳理,就尤为必要。在说明研究先秦民本思想的现实必要性之后,本文考察了先秦民本思想衍生、发展、形成的历史过程,并归纳出核心理念、政治主张、爱民学说、富民思想、顺民心理等五个方面是先秦民本思想的基本内容。在此基础上,又对先秦民本思想作出了评价,对其历史局限性与历史价值和现代价值,进行了辩证的阐述。其中,先秦民本思想对当代社会的诸多启示才是本文试图探索的重点。本文对先秦民本思想的当代价值的考察,从先秦民本思想与政治文明建设、社会建设和马克思主义中国化或者说从政治、社会、文化三个层面入手。基本思路是从先秦民本思想的富含价值的理念中,寻求与当前人民当家作主、执政党的建设、民生建设、教育发展以及践行执政为民和以人为本的实践在当代的契合点,以达到为古为今用,为建设中国特色社会主义和构建和谐社会提供有益启示的目的。同时,这种对先秦民本思想当代价值的揭示,实质上是对传统文化在现代演变与转换方式的一种透视,因而,对探求传统文化创造性转换的路径也是有意义的。
[Abstract]:Chinese culture has a long history, including thousands of years of purification, baptism, but still shining value brilliant essence thought, pre-Qin people-oriented thought belongs to this category. The people-oriented thought of the pre-Qin Dynasty is a valuable resource for us to learn from the traditional culture. Throughout the whole Chinese traditional people-oriented thought system, the people-oriented thought of the pre-Qin period occupies a pivotal position both in the depth of theory and in the actual effect of political practice. In the context of carrying forward the excellent traditional culture, it is worth studying from the perspective of the traditional political thinking and the theoretical value of political philosophy. More importantly, its people-oriented thinking, political proposition and value concept show strong practical significance in response to the current social, political, economic and cultural development fetters. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to sort out the historical context of people-based thought in pre-Qin Dynasty. After explaining the practical necessity of studying the people-oriented thought of the pre-Qin Dynasty, this paper examines the historical process of the derivation, development and formation of the people-oriented thought of the pre-Qin Dynasty, and concludes the core idea, political proposition, the theory of loving the people and the thought of enriching the people. The following five aspects are the basic contents of the people-oriented thought in pre-Qin Dynasty. On the basis of this, the author evaluates the people-oriented thought of pre-Qin Dynasty, and expounds its historical limitation, historical value and modern value dialectically. Among them, the pre-Qin people-oriented thought to the contemporary society many enlightenment is this article attempts to explore the focal point. This article investigates the contemporary value of the people-oriented thought of the pre-Qin Dynasty, starting with the construction of the people-oriented thought and political civilization, the Chinese character of social construction and Marxism, or the three levels of politics, society and culture. The basic train of thought is to seek the contemporary agreement with the people as the master of the people, the construction of the ruling party, the construction of the people's livelihood, the development of education and the practice of governing for the people and putting people first into practice. To achieve the purpose of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a harmonious society. At the same time, this revelation of the contemporary value of the people-oriented thought in the pre-Qin Dynasty is in essence a perspective on the evolution and transformation of traditional culture in modern times, therefore, it is meaningful to explore the path of creative transformation of traditional culture.
