技术政治的研究进展及未来展望

【摘要】：以信息技术为代表的科学技术的发展对现行的政治制度和政治过程的影响是技术政治研究的主要内容。现有的技术政治研究多从国家与公民关系的视角出发,以公民的政治行为为研究对象,集中在政治沟通、政治传播、政治参与等微观领域,研究方法以个案研究、网络分析和大数据研究为主。宏观视角的研究限于传播政治经济学派从国家权力结构出发进行的讨论,方法上多为定性研究。未来对科技政治的研究可以尝试从国家、社会、企业、公民四者的关系出发,将微观与宏观、定量分析与定性分析相结合。
[Abstract]:The influence of the development of science and technology, represented by information technology, on the current political system and political process is the main content of the research on technical politics. Most of the existing technical and political studies focus on the micro fields of political communication, political participation and so on. The research methods are case studies. The current research focuses on the political behavior of citizens from the perspective of the relationship between the state and the citizens, and focuses on the micro fields of political communication, political participation and so on. Network analysis and big data research. The study from the macro perspective is limited to the discussion of the political and economic school from the structure of state power, and the methods are mostly qualitative. In the future, the research on science and technology politics can try to combine micro and macro, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis from the relationship among nation, society, enterprise and citizen.
