从布鲁姆对罗尔斯的误解看施特劳斯学派政治哲学及其中国变体

【摘要】：罗尔斯政治建构主义的正义理论受到以布鲁姆为代表的施特劳斯古典学派的强烈批判。这一批判是建立在对罗尔斯政治哲学的误解与敌意的基础之上的。对布鲁姆的重新审视有助于廓清施特劳斯学派政治哲学的特质。而汉语学界的施特劳斯学派则进一步歪曲了施派的基本立场,抛弃了施派政治哲学仅有的合理内核,并将其中不合时宜的部分推向极致。因此,施派以及中国施派的政治哲学主张在政治实践上是荒谬和危险的。
[Abstract]:The justice theory of Rawls' political constructivism was strongly criticized by Strauss classical school represented by Bloom. This criticism is based on misunderstanding and hostility to Rawls' political philosophy. The re-examination of Bloom helps to clarify the characteristics of Strauss' political philosophy. However, the Strauss School of Chinese further distorts the basic position of the Scholars, abandons the only reasonable core of the political philosophy of the Scholars, and pushes the anachronistic part to the extreme. Therefore, the political philosophy of giving and Chinese giving is absurd and dangerous in political practice.
