德里达的“新国际”思想

【摘要】:正18世纪欧洲的启蒙精神需要批判继承、改造和发展,而根据"新启蒙精神",德里达既抵制全球化,又不固守欧洲中心论;既反对美国霸权,又不为伊斯兰原教旨主义摇旗呐喊。德里达的政治理想寄托在"新国际"(la nouvelle Internationale)之中,以与现今世界上存在的十大弊端进行斗争。作为"各国人民之间的一种承诺"(Derrida amd Roudinesco,p.125),"新国际"并不由各国政府组成,并不是以前的"共产国际",也非其他政党的国际联盟。(ibid,p.123)尽管德里达宣称对逻各斯中心主义进行的激进化解构与某种马克思主义精神相一致,但他的"新国际"显然不是马克思意义上的共产主义。德里达所谈论的新国际的"共产主义"是"一个重聚的联盟,无结合、无组织、无政党、无民族、无国家、无所有权"。(Derrida,1993,p.58.下引德里达文献仅注年份和页码)德里达考虑到正义理念从未能在任何现存政治制度和原则中得到实现,所以主张要阻止正义在一个不可避免的总体化境域中被再次化简为法律-道德规范,要在"新国际"中安置"正义"这个从未能被驱逐的幽灵。德里达感到自己有责任忠诚于马克思的某种批判精神,秉承马克思的忠告而与幽灵们进行对话。
[Abstract]:In the 18th century, the enlightenment spirit of Europe needs critical inheritance, transformation and development. According to the "new enlightenment spirit", Derrida not only resists globalization, but also does not adhere to the European centrism. He opposes American hegemony and does not cry out for Islamic fundamentalism. Derrida's political ideal lies in the "New International" (la nouvelle Internationale), in order to fight against the ten malpractices in the world today. As a "commitment among peoples" (Derrida amd Roudinesco,p.125), "New International" is not composed of governments, is not the former "Comintern", nor is it the. (ibid, of other political parties' international alliance (p.123) although Derrida claims that his radical deconstruction of logos centralism is in line with some Marxist spirit, his "new international" is clearly not communism in the Marxist sense. The new international communism that Derrida talks about is "a reunited alliance, unUnited, organized, political, ethnic, state, and ownership" (Derrida,1993,p.58.). Derrida, taking into account that the idea of justice has never been realized in any existing political system and principles, Therefore, it is argued that justice should be prevented from being reduced to legal-moral norms again in an inevitable global realm, and that the ghost of justice, who has never been expelled, should be placed in the "new international". Derrida felt it was his duty to be faithful to Marx's critical spirit and to talk to the ghosts on Marx's advice.
