新兴国家执政党调整意识形态凝聚社会共识的经验与启示

【摘要】：以指导思想或核心价值观为标志的意识形态是新兴国家执政党统一全党全民思想、凝聚社会共识的重要思想武器。它们大都能顺应时代变化,及时确立和调整党的指导思想,丰富思想内涵,加强现实针对性,并通过一系列策略举措来加强对社会的思想舆论引领。同时,保持思想开放性,既注重吸取世界一切进步文明成果,又维护自身文明特性,防范西方渗透演变。多数党取得了较好成果,平稳融入世界文明发展主潮流。
[Abstract]:Ideology marked by guiding ideology or core values is an important ideological weapon for the ruling party in emerging countries to unify the thought of the whole party and unite the consensus of the society. Most of them can adapt to the changes of the times, timely establish and adjust the Party's guiding ideology, enrich the ideological connotation, strengthen the realistic pertinence, and through a series of strategic measures to strengthen the guidance of social ideological and public opinion. At the same time, keep the thought open, not only pay attention to absorb all the progress civilization achievements of the world, but also maintain its own civilization characteristic, guard against the western infiltration and evolution. The majority has achieved good results and smoothly integrated into the main trend of world civilization development.
