全球宗教变迁与中国两个社区的民众——江苏和台湾的比较研究

【摘要】：在20世纪,江苏南部和台湾地区同时被席卷到全球宗教变迁的大潮中,向国家世俗化、宗教化、理性化以及体验化方向发展。因共享极为类似的文化传统与地方实践,两地在佛教、道教、民间信仰等领域呈现出诸多相似的宗教景观。与此同时,由于政治制度和宗教管控机制的巨大差异,两地的宗教在逐渐演化中也出现了一些显著的差异,如两地在面对基督新教的全球扩张时采取了不同的应对策略,台湾的宗教似乎比江苏乃至大陆的任何地方更加本土化,等等。结合当地独特的历史语境,对江苏和台湾地区宗教的比较研究在某种程度上可以呈现出中国社会的现代变迁。
[Abstract]:In the 20th century, southern Jiangsu and Taiwan were swept into the tide of global religious change, and developed towards national secularization, religion, rationalization and experience. Because of sharing very similar cultural traditions and local practices, there are many similar religious landscapes in Buddhism, Taoism, folk belief and so on. At the same time, because of the great differences between the political system and the religious control mechanism, there are some significant differences in the gradual evolution of the religions between the two places, such as the different coping strategies adopted by the two places in the face of the global expansion of Protestantism. Religion in Taiwan seems to be more localized than anywhere else in Jiangsu and mainland China, and so on. In combination with the local historical context, the comparative study of religions in Jiangsu and Taiwan can to some extent present the modern changes of Chinese society.
