Microbial Degradation of Sparingly Soluble Diethyl Phthalate

  大量的酞酸酯类化合物(PAEs)被人工合成而用来生产不同的塑料和广泛的分布于环境中。随着塑料大量的生产、使用和丢弃,在土壤圈(土壤、垃圾填埋地和淋滤液),水圈(自然水域、淡水、海水和地下水),大气圈和人类以及其他生物体的脂肪组织(这类化合物是亲脂性的)都发现了酞酸酯类这类化合物。这些难治性的水溶性有机化合物不仅在人类的一些慢性疾病的病原学上起着非常重要的作用,还能降低很多生物物种的生存能力,从而对自然生态系统中的大量物种都存在威胁。这些令人担心的发现已经唤起很多学者对环境中(特别是土壤和水中)的这类化合物的生物降解的浓厚兴趣。这类化合物的生物降解是影响环境中PAEs命运的关键过程。此研究的目的就是利用微量量热技术等现代理化生综合方法去研究几种特定微生物,如细菌中的革兰氏阴性菌——大肠杆菌、革兰氏阳性菌——金黄色葡萄球菌以及真菌中的黑曲霉对两种可能有毒性的PAEs(DEP和DBP)的降解能力,探讨微生物与PAEs的相互作用机制,从而为修复和治理PAEs环境污染提供科学依据和技术支撑。 为了达到研究目的,本次研究做了如下一些特定的实验和得到相关结果: 1.微量量热法 ...
