【摘要】：发展是当今时代的主题,是解决当今中国所有问题乃至世界问题的关键。在全球化、信息化的时代背景下,围绕发展所推衍出来的一系列问题,如发展什么、怎样发展、发展为了谁等,尤须慎重作答。中国共产党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央围绕当前我国改革和发展、治党治国等方面发表了一系列的重要讲话,提出了很多新思想、新观点和新论断,深刻地回答了党和国家发展的重大问题,体现了新一届中央领导集体的治国理政的思想。这其中,习近平发展理念是在坚持和发展中国特色社会主义发展理念的基础上,立足世界高度、解决中国现实问题,面向未来的、科学的、系统的、理性的认识成果,是符合当代中国国情、顺应时代发展潮流的思想结晶。因此,我们可以说,习近平发展理念是治国理政思想的总结提炼和升华,也是马克思主义中国化的最新理论结晶。简要说来,习近平发展理念不仅是对中国优秀传统文化的传承,对毛泽东思想、中国特色社会主义理论体系的继承和创新,而且是对马克思主义理论的发展,更是对不断发展的现实的客观、科学的总结和凝练。其立足新常态的基本国情,以实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦为目标导向,以治国理政思想为指引,以全面深化改革为动力,以全面从严治党、全面依法治国与践行社会主义核心价值观等为政治保障、制度保障和宣传保障,最终回到以人民为中心,体现了中国共产党立党为公执政为民、不忘初心的基本宗旨和高尚情怀。通过研究习近平发展理念,我们可以很清晰地看到其所具有的创新性、民本性、系统性和实践性。从这个意义上来说,习近平发展理念不仅是马克思主义在当代中国的具体表现,更是我们进行社会主义现代化建设的基本指导思想。因此,这样的研究,不仅是对马克思主义理论的传播和发展,更是对中国社会发展的精神指引。从这个角度来说,论文的写作不仅具有理论价值,更具有现实意义。

Moreover, it is the development of Marxist theory as well as the objective, scientific summary and condensing of the constantly developing reality. It is based on the basic national conditions of the new normal and is oriented towards the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream. Guided by the thought of governing the country, taking the comprehensive deepening of the reform as the motive force, governing the party strictly in an all-round way, governing the country according to law and practicing the core values of socialism as political security, the system guarantee and propaganda guarantee, and finally returning to the people as the center, It embodies the basic purpose and noble feelings of the Communist Party of China in establishing the party for the common administration and serving the people. By studying Xi Jinping's development concept, we can clearly see its innovation and the nature of the people. Systematic and practical. In this sense, Xi Jinping's concept of development is not only a concrete manifestation of Marxism in contemporary China, but also a basic guiding ideology for our socialist modernization drive.
