广州白云区城乡结合部流动人口管理研究

【摘要】：市场经济改革20多年来,我国社会经济飞速发展,社会生活日新月异,发生了翻天覆地的变化。与此同时,也产生了一系列社会问题,包括城乡区域之间的各种差距越来越大,人口流动量较之三十年前翻了几番,流动人口管理难度加大等。本文通过调查访谈法、文献分析法,试图从人口流动的相关概念入手,通过对广州市白云区城乡结合部流动人口管理现状的调查和分析,并进而针对存在的问题提出具有可操作性的解决措施,实现论题的理论研究意义;同时通过对广州市白云区城乡结合部流动人口管理的透彻性研究,期望让社会各界对城乡结合部流动人口有一个深刻且清晰、真实的认识,为白云区管理流动人口管理提供力所能及的帮助及提出建设性的解决方案,从而达到论题的实践意义。本文的研究工作初步探讨了广州市白云区流动人口聚集区域发展中的社会经济发展现状,重点讨论了白云区在发展中的流动人口管理问题,并对以上问题提出了相应解决方案及可采取措施,希望由此抛砖引玉,引起社会各界对城乡结合部流动人口管理的重视与有关部门的在管理理念上的更新、转变,以期对我国流动人口管理的完善有所帮助。
[Abstract]:Over the past 20 years or so since the reform of the market economy, China's social economy has developed rapidly and social life has changed with each passing day. At the same time, a series of social problems have also emerged, including the growing gap between urban and rural areas. Population turnover has increased by several times compared with 30 years ago, and the management of floating population has become more difficult. This paper attempts to start with the related concepts of population mobility through the methods of investigation and interview, literature analysis, and so on. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of floating population management in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City, the paper puts forward some feasible measures to solve the problems, and realizes the theoretical research significance of the topic. At the same time, through a thorough study of the management of the floating population in the urban and rural areas of Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, we hope that all sectors of society will have a deep, clear and true understanding of the floating population in the urban and rural areas. To provide assistance and constructive solutions to the management of the floating population in Baiyun District, In order to achieve the practical significance of the topic, the research work of this paper preliminarily discusses the current situation of social and economic development in the development of floating population gathering area in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, with emphasis on the management of floating population in Baiyun District. And put forward the corresponding solutions to the above problems and the measures that can be taken, hoping that this will lead to the attention of all sectors of society to the management of the floating population in the urban and rural areas, and the renewal and transformation of the management concepts of the relevant departments.
