文化大革命时期的中非关系探析

【摘要】：中国与非洲国家间的关系拥有极其悠久的历史。在中非交往的2000多年间,中国与非洲国家不存在利害冲突,没有任何历史遗留问题,拥有的只是源远流长的友好关系和彼此在国际舞台上的守望相助。1949年10月1日,中华人民共和国宣告成立,宣示着延续了二十多个世纪的中非关系从此进入了一个新纪元。直到1966年,中国国内发生的文革造成了中非关系的曲折发展。本文首先对文化大革命时期的中国与非洲地区的情况进行简单概述,文化大革命是一个特殊的时期,充分认识此阶段内概况是分析中非关系的一个基础。在此基础上,通过对中非关系历史沿革的梳理,认识到文化大革命时期中非关系间的曲折变化。从6世纪建立起来的早期中非关系稳步上升,一直持续到20世纪。由远及近,文化大革命短短十年间,中国与非洲国家间关系由初期的冰冻期到文革中后期的回暖,经历了曲折变化的态势。其次,中非关系在文化大革命期间经历了严重的考验,深入分析其原因尤为重要。特别是在文革中后期,中国共产党和中国政府从来都没有放弃同非洲国家的交往与沟通,在党的正确领导下,外交部工作回到正常轨道上来,中非关系得到恢复。最后,本文从分析中国与非洲国家间关系曲折发展历程的角度出发,探求此阶段内中非关系对国际社会产生的影响及自身曲折发展的原因,并对“文化大革命”期间的中非关系进行历史审视,对中非间关系进行未来展望,同时,希望从中梳理中国外交在特殊时期的外交政策与外交工作的方式方法。文化大革命时期的中非关系是中国与非洲国家交往历史上特殊的十年,我们在总结历史经验的同时,也能够得出对中非关系的现实启示。
[Abstract]:The relationship between China and African countries has a long history. During the more than 2000 years of China-Africa exchanges, China and African countries have no conflicts of interest, no problems left over from history, and all they have is a long history of friendly relations and mutual assistance on the international stage. The founding of the people's Republic of China declared that Sino-African relations, which had lasted more than 20 centuries, entered a new era. Until 1966, the Cultural Revolution in China caused a tortuous development of Sino-African relations. This paper first gives a brief overview of the situation in China and Africa during the Cultural Revolution. The Cultural Revolution is a special period, and a full understanding of the general situation in this period is a basis for analyzing Sino-African relations. On this basis, by combing the history of Sino-African relations, we realize the twists and turns of Sino-African relations during the Cultural Revolution. Relations between China and Africa rose steadily from the early days of the 6 th century to the 20 th century. During the short decade of the Cultural Revolution, the relations between China and African countries changed from the early frozen period to the warming in the middle and late period of the Cultural Revolution. Second, Sino-African relations experienced a severe test during the Cultural Revolution, and it is particularly important to analyze the causes. Especially in the late period of the Cultural Revolution, the CPC and the Chinese government never gave up their exchanges and communication with African countries.Under the correct leadership of the Party, the work of the Foreign Ministry returned to the normal track, and Sino-African relations were restored. Finally, from the point of view of analyzing the tortuous development course of the relations between China and African countries, this paper explores the influence of Sino-African relations on the international community and the reasons for its tortuous development during this period. It also makes a historical review of the Sino-African relations during the "Cultural Revolution", looks forward to the future of the relations between China and Africa, and at the same time, hopes to sort out the ways and means of China's foreign policy and work in the special period. The Sino-African relationship during the Cultural Revolution was a special decade in the history of the exchanges between China and African countries. While summing up the historical experience, we can also draw the realistic enlightenment to China-Africa relations.
