当前云南少数民族地区贫困人口的思想问题及教育引导研究

【摘要】：实现精准脱贫,首先就要精准识别贫困人口的致贫原因,本文认为贫困人口的思维方式及思想观念是导致贫困的深层次原因,而思想政治教育对人们思维方式的改造和正确观念的树立有着根本性的作用,因此,在精准扶贫中必须加强思想政治教育,思想政治教育是改变贫困状态的一条根本途径。本文从云南少数民族地区贫困人口存在的思想问题入手,探讨思想政治教育在精准扶贫中的作用、分析少数民族存在的思想问题及其背后的原因,试图解决这些存在的问题。本文共分四个部分。第一部分,阐述了思想政治教育在精准扶贫中的必要性。思想政治教育是精准扶贫的生命线,是贫困人口脱贫的根本之策。是加强精准扶贫理论宣传与教育,为贫困人口提供精神动力必不可少的途径,是营造社会扶贫氛围的必然选择。第二部分,分析少数民族农村地区贫困人口存在的思想问题。在客观研究的基础上,从贫困人口的思维方式、人生观、价值观、对待教育的态度以及生育观等方面来分析哪些思想观念阻碍着其脱贫致富和不利于贫困地区经济的发展。第三部分,深入挖掘少数民族农村地区贫困人口思想问题形成的原因。从自然环境、社会发育程度、现代教育发展情况及思想政治教育的重视程度来深入挖掘造成阻碍着少数民族地区贫困人口脱贫的思想观念形成的原因。准确的找出原因才能对症下药,有效地对其贫困人口进行思想政治教育。因此,这是本文的难点所在。第四部分,针对云南少数民族地区贫困人口的思想问题和原因,找出解决的途径,即加强少数民族农村地区贫困人口的思想政治教育,本文结合云南少数民族地区的特点,从思想观念、思想政治教育内容、思想政治教育方法、思想政治教育的保障机制、思想政治教育的载体及环境方面,提出了实施和增强少数民族地区贫困人口思想政治教育的具体途径。
[Abstract]:In order to get rid of poverty with precision, we must identify precisely the causes of poverty among the poor population. This paper holds that the thinking mode and ideas of the poor people are the deep-seated causes of poverty. Ideological and political education plays a fundamental role in the transformation of people's way of thinking and the establishment of correct ideas. Therefore, ideological and political education must be strengthened in the process of accurate poverty alleviation, and ideological and political education is a fundamental way to change the state of poverty. Starting with the ideological problems of the poor population in the minority areas of Yunnan, this paper probes into the role of ideological and political education in the precision poverty alleviation, analyzes the ideological problems existing in the ethnic minorities and the reasons behind them, and tries to solve these existing problems. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part, elaborated the ideological and political education in the precision poverty relief necessity. Ideological and political education is the lifeline of accurate poverty alleviation and the basic strategy for poverty alleviation. It is an indispensable way to strengthen the propaganda and education of the theory of accurate poverty alleviation and to provide spiritual power for the poor population. It is also an inevitable choice for building the atmosphere of poverty alleviation in the society. The second part analyzes the ideological problems of the poor population in minority rural areas. On the basis of the objective research, this paper analyzes which ideas are hindering the poor people from getting rid of poverty and becoming rich and not conducive to the economic development of poor areas from the aspects of thinking mode, outlook on life, values, attitude towards education and conception of fertility. The third part, deeply excavates the minority rural area impoverished population thought question formation reason. From the natural environment, the degree of social development, the development of modern education and the degree of attention to ideological and political education, the causes of the formation of ideological ideas that hinder the poor people in minority areas from getting out of poverty are deeply explored. To find out the cause accurately can give the remedy to the case and effectively carry out ideological and political education to the poor population. Therefore, this is the difficulty of this paper. In the fourth part, aiming at the ideological problems and causes of the poor population in the minority areas of Yunnan, we find out the ways to solve them, that is, to strengthen the ideological and political education of the poor people in the minority rural areas. This paper combines the characteristics of the minority areas in Yunnan. From the ideological concept, the ideological and political education content, the ideological and political education method, the ideological and political education safeguard mechanism, the ideological and political education carrier and the environment aspect, Put forward the concrete way to carry out and strengthen the ideological and political education of the poor population in the minority areas.
