自媒体时代我国意识形态建设面临的机遇、挑战及对策研究

【摘要】:互联网Web2.0技术的全面普及,以微博、微信为主要代表的自媒体正处于飞速发展的时代。作为一种新兴的网络信息传播工具,自媒体的发展给社会带来了翻天覆地的变化,渗透到社会生活的方方面面,推动着政治、经济、文化、社会各方面的发展,改变了传统的意识形态栖息环境。作为新的传播媒介,自媒体不同于传统媒体,它成为了意识形态工作者和受众学习的新型载体。自媒体因不受时间、地点的限制实现了即时互动,因而成为了提升我国意识形态建设效果的有效载体,并且随着意识形态工作者与受众之间新型关系的转变,这为我们有效提升我国意识形态建设吸引力和凝聚力提供了良好的新契机。这是本论文研究立意的起点,同时也是本论文研究的落脚点。本论文经过系统的分析自媒体的特征,指出自媒体给我国意识形态建设带来的机遇、挑战并提出有效措施如何增强自媒体时代我国意识形态建设。全文分为四大部分,首先,在界定自媒体和我国意识形态概念及基本特征的基础上阐述了自媒体条件下我国意识形态功能的拓展和自媒体的出现对我国意识形态的影响。其次,从对我国主流意识形态、对我国意识形态防御能力、对社会主义核心价值观三个方面,分析了自媒体时代我国意识形态建设面临的严峻挑战。再次,从搭建了我国意识形态建设的新平台、为我国意识形态传播提供了新途径、增强了我国意识形态传播的实效性三个方面分析了自媒体的发展为我国意识形态建设带来的机遇。最后,重点针对自媒体时代我国意识形态建设面临的挑战和机遇,探索出有效解决这一问题的基本原则:讲好故事、传播正能量原则;引导主流、包容多样性原则;积极主动、疏堵相结合原则;遵循规律、注重时效性原则;自媒体时代我国意识形态建设的方法与机制:自媒体的法律控制、行政控制、技术控制;自媒体时代我国意识形态建设具体的路径选择:加强阵地建设、加强思想政治教育工作、加强自媒体舆论引导能力建设、发展积极健康的自媒体文化。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of Internet Web2.0 technology, the self-media, mainly represented by Weibo and WeChat, is in the era of rapid development. As a new network information dissemination tool, the development of the media has brought about tremendous changes to the society, infiltrated into all aspects of social life, and promoted the development of politics, economy, culture and society. Changed the traditional ideological habitat. As a new media, self-media is different from traditional media, and it has become a new carrier for ideology workers and audiences to learn. Since the media has realized immediate interaction because of the limitation of time and place, it has become an effective carrier to improve the effect of ideological construction in our country, and with the transformation of the new relationship between ideological workers and audiences, This provides us with a good new opportunity to effectively enhance the attraction and cohesion of ideological construction in our country. This is the starting point of this paper, but also the foothold of this paper. Based on the systematic analysis of the characteristics of self-media, this paper points out the opportunities and challenges brought by self-media to the ideological construction of our country, and puts forward some effective measures to enhance the ideological construction of our country in the era of self-media. The thesis is divided into four parts. Firstly, on the basis of defining the concept and basic characteristics of self-media and Chinese ideology, this paper expounds the expansion of ideological function and the influence of the appearance of self-media on Chinese ideology under the condition of self-media. Secondly, this paper analyzes the severe challenges facing the construction of Chinese ideology in the era of media from three aspects: the mainstream ideology of our country, the defense ability of ideology in our country and the core values of socialism. Thirdly, from the building of a new platform for the construction of ideology in China, it provides a new way for the dissemination of ideology in our country. This paper analyzes the opportunities brought by the development of self-media for the construction of ideology in China. Finally, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced by China's ideological construction in the era of the media, it explores the basic principles for effectively solving this problem: telling good stories, disseminating positive energy principles, guiding the mainstream, embracing the principle of diversity, and being proactive, The principle of combination of blocking and thinning; follow the law and pay attention to the principle of timeliness; the method and mechanism of ideological construction in the era of media: legal control, administrative control, technical control of self-media; Since the media age, the concrete path choice of our country's ideology construction is to strengthen the position construction, to strengthen the ideological and political education, to strengthen the self-media public opinion guidance ability construction, to develop the positive and healthy self-media culture.
