内蒙古牧民义利观变迁研究

【摘要】：2013年3月习近平总书记在访非期间首次提出了正确义利观,并在多次外交会晤中提及坚持正确义利观的重要意义,就其精神实质而言,正确义利观不仅是处理外交关系的价值导向,更是中国特色社会主义始终坚持的伦理价值观念。坚持正确的义利观,对于各民族人民培育和践行社会主义核心价值观和加强精神文明建设具有重大意义,可以引导人们正确处理竞争和协作、自主和监督、效率和公平、先富和后富、经济效益和社会效益等关系,形成把国家和人民利益放在首位而又充分尊重公民个人合法利益的正确义利观,构建良好的人文社会环境。本文通过对马克思主义义利观的深刻理解,结合毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观以及党的群众路线教育实践活动和“三严三实”专题教育的实践成果,研究内蒙古牧民群众的义利观变化,探究经济发展给内蒙古牧民群众带来的物质利益以及精神追求,并在社会主义市场经济体制下真正引导内蒙古人民群众正确处理义利问题,坚决抵制见利忘义、唯利是图思想的滋生和蔓延,坚持义利并重原则,正确树立社会主义义利观。正文以三大部分组成,第一部分主要论述了义利以及义利观的内涵,对马克思主义义利观进行简要概括,并突出了当代中国社会义利观在继承马克思主义义利观的同时,发扬了创新的时代精神。第二部分在对比改革开放前后两个时期背景下的内蒙古牧民义利观特点来分析其义利观发生变化的原因。第三部分对内蒙古牧民义利观的建设提出具体的措施,为实现内蒙古牧民义利观的当代价值提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:In March 2013, during his visit to Africa, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward for the first time a correct view of righteousness and interest, and in many diplomatic meetings he mentioned the importance of adhering to a correct view of righteousness and benefit. As far as its spiritual essence is concerned, The correct view of righteousness and benefit is not only the value orientation of handling diplomatic relations, but also the ethical value of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is of great significance for the people of all nationalities to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism and to strengthen the building of spiritual civilization, and can guide people to correctly handle competition and cooperation, independence and supervision, efficiency and fairness. The relationship between the rich first and the later, the economic benefit and the social benefit, etc., forms the correct view of righteousness and interest which puts the national and the people's interests first and fully respects the citizens' legitimate interests, and constructs a good humanistic social environment. Through the profound understanding of Marxist view of justice and profit, this paper combines Mao Zedong's thought, Deng Xiaoping's theory, and the important thought of "three represents". The scientific concept of development, the practical activities of the Party's mass line education and the practical results of the special topic education of "three strict and three facts", are studied to study the changes of the view of righteousness and benefit of the herdsmen in Inner Mongolia. To probe into the material benefits and spiritual pursuits brought by economic development to the herdsmen of Inner Mongolia, and to truly guide the people of Inner Mongolia to handle the issue of justice and profit correctly under the socialist market economy system, and resolutely resist the ingratitude of seeing and profiting. The breeding and spreading of the idea of profit-oriented, adhering to the principle of equal emphasis on justice and profit, and correctly establishing the socialist view of righteousness and profit. The main body is composed of three parts. The first part mainly discusses the connotation of the concept of righteousness and benefit, briefly generalizes Marxist view of righteousness and profit, and highlights the contemporary Chinese view of justice and interest, while inheriting Marxist view of righteousness and benefit. Carry forward the spirit of the times of innovation. The second part analyzes the reason of the change of the view of righteousness and benefit of Inner Mongolia herdsmen under the background of the two periods before and after the reform and opening up. In the third part, the author puts forward concrete measures for the construction of the concept of justice and benefit of the herdsmen in Inner Mongolia, which provides the theoretical basis for realizing the contemporary value of the view of righteousness and benefit of the herdsmen in Inner Mongolia.
