泰国自费生与贷款生的黑暗三人格与金钱管理意向

  背景:为了促进教育公平,泰国设立贷款基金,为困难学生提供助学贷款。该项目已经运行23年,面临着巨大挑战,在已经毕业的学生当中,有200多万尚未还清贷款。据我们所掌握文献,人格对人们的行为意图有着潜在影响,但是人格的黑暗面——黑暗三人格在泰国从未被研究过。当今世界,人们的行为受到经济和金钱的强烈驱动,因而探索和理解个体的金钱管理心理和行为对于个体、银行和社会来说是有必要和有价值的。目的:(1)在本科生中探讨黑暗三人格的个体差异。(2)探讨计划行为理论(TPB)与源于阶段变化理论(TTM)的六个变化过程的关系。(3)在计划行为理论和阶段变化理论的六个变化过程基础上构建金钱管理意向模型。(4)对自费生和贷款生进行比较。方法:随机抽取泰国大学的本科生2,573人,其中1,330人用于修订和编制三个量表,1,243人进行横断研究设计。使用多群组结构方程模型、t检验和方差分析等方法比较自费生和贷款学生的差异。四个研究中的结果涉及以下几个方面:(1)黑暗三人格在人口统计学变量中的差异;(2)用TPB结构预测基于TTM的六个变化过程;(3)在所有样本基础上建立整合模型,呈现黑暗三人格、TPB、TTM与...
