【摘要】：随着我国现代化建设步伐的加快,进城务工人员也由最初的单打独斗模式向家庭迁移的模式转化,与此同时诞生了农民工随迁子女这一特殊群体。家庭作为社会复合体中不可或缺的构成要素,融洽的家庭氛围不仅对于稳固社会秩序,促进社会整体经济健康稳步前进,并且对于农民工随迁子女健康人格的塑造和心理健康发展也起到关键性作用。青春期是个体人格和心理形成的关键时期,而亲子关系和同伴关系是目前青少年心理研究重要的课题,同伴关系的好坏对他们社会性发展起到关键的作用。家庭亲密度是指在家庭活动中父母与子女之间的情感连接,家庭适应性是指家庭成员能否应对家庭环境变化做出调整的能力。同伴信任是指个体与年龄相同或相近的同伴在交往过程中建立的人际信任关系。这种在同伴交往过程中的协作关系是青少年踏入社会的奠基石,也是培养青少年正确价值观关键的一步。通过分析农民工随迁子女家庭亲密度、适应性与同伴信任的特点和关系,可以从家庭教育的角度分析他们在同伴交往过程中遇到的问题,提供指导性对策,从而促进同伴关系的良性发展,这对于建立良好的校园秩序,避免校园暴力事件的发生具有重要的理论与实践意义。本研究从上海某农民工子女学校选取了247名初一至初三的学生,采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACES II-CV)及同伴信任量表,对农民工随迁子女家庭亲密度、家庭适应性与同伴信任的特点与关系进行分析。1.农民工随迁子女的实际家庭亲密度、实际家庭适应性、同伴信任度整体水平较低,家庭亲密度与适应性不满意度水平较高。在实际家庭亲密度与实际家庭适应性方面,年级与主要抚养者的主效应显著、是否独生子女与主要抚养者的交互作用显著。2.在家庭亲密度与家庭适应性不满意度方面,主要抚养者与是否独生子女、主要抚养者与年级、性别与主要抚养者的交互作用显著。3.在同伴信任度及可预测性、可信赖性、可依赖性维度上,年级和主要抚养者、是否独生子女与主要抚养者的交互作用显著,在可依赖性维度上,性别和主要抚养者的交互作用显著。4.农民工随迁子女的同伴信任度及其三个维度与实际家庭亲密度、实际家庭适应性之间存在显著正相关,与家庭亲密度不满意度、家庭适应性不满意度存在负相关。5.农民工随迁子女实际家庭亲密度适应性能正向预测同伴信任度,家庭亲密度不满意度和家庭适应性不满意度能反向预测同伴信任度。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the pace of modernization in our country, migrant workers in cities have also changed from the original mode of single-fight to the mode of family migration. At the same time, the birth of migrant workers with the children of this special group. Family as a social complex indispensable elements, harmonious family atmosphere not only for the stability of social order. It also plays a key role in shaping the healthy personality and the development of mental health of the children of migrant workers. Adolescence is the key period of the formation of individual personality and psychology. At present, parent-child relationship and peer relationship are important subjects in adolescent psychological research. The quality of peer relationship plays a key role in their social development. Family affinity refers to the emotional connection between parents and children in family activities. Family adaptability refers to the ability of family members to adapt to changes in the family environment. Peer trust refers to the interpersonal trust relationship established by individuals and peers of the same age or close to each other in the course of communication. The cooperative relationship in the past process is the cornerstone of young people stepping into society. It is also a key step to cultivate the correct values of adolescents. Through the analysis of the characteristics and relationships between the family affinity adaptability and peer trust of migrant workers with their children moving with them. From the angle of family education, we can analyze the problems they encounter in the process of peer communication, and provide guiding countermeasures to promote the benign development of peer relations, which will help to establish a good campus order. To avoid campus violence has important theoretical and practical significance. This study selected 247 junior high school students from a school of migrant workers in Shanghai. Family cohesion and adaptability scale (FACES II-CVV) and Peer Trust scale were used to measure the family affinity of migrant workers' children. The characteristics and relationships between family adaptability and peer trust are analyzed. 1. The actual family affinity, the actual family adaptability and the overall level of peer trust of migrant workers with moving children are lower. 2. The level of family affinity and adaptability is high. In the aspect of actual family affinity and actual family adaptability, the main effect of grade and main dependant is significant. In terms of family affinity and family adaptability dissatisfactory, the main support and whether the only child, the main dependant and grade. 2. The interaction between gender and primary dependant was significant. 3. In the dimensions of peer trust, predictability, dependability, dependability, grade and primary dependant. The interaction between the only child and the primary dependant is significant in the dependent dimension. The interaction between sex and main dependents is significant. 4. There is a significant positive correlation between the peer trust of migrant workers and their three dimensions and the actual family affinity and the actual family adaptability. 4. There was a negative correlation between the family affinity dissatisfaction and the family adaptability dissatisfaction. 5. The actual family affinity adaptability performance of migrant workers with their children moving forward predicted peer trust. Family affinity dissatisfaction and family adaptive dissatisfaction can predict peer trust in a reverse way.
