【摘要】：21世纪是全球化的时代,主要的特征就是文化多元化。然而作为一个有着深厚文化底蕴的国家,中国文化的对外交流情况却是文化输出力度小于外来文化输入力度,中华文化在世界文化交流中还未占据主导地位。中国饮食文化是中国文化重要的组成部分,作为八大菜系之一的川菜具有独特的风格韵味和吸引力。川菜是巴蜀文化历史的积淀和文化载体,它反映了巴蜀地区人民的生活方式和美学特质。《川菜故事》是四川省哲学社会科学普及项目的成果之一,它介绍了与川菜和四川小吃有关的100多个故事。《川菜故事》受到巴蜀传统美学思想影响,既介绍菜肴本身,展现巴蜀人民的生活智慧,也展示了川菜中蕴含的深厚文化内涵和地方特色。本文探讨了《川菜故事》翻译中菜名、四川方言、典故和双关语的英译过程中存在的问题和解决办法。然后针对这些问题,在跨文化视角下,以交际翻译理论为指导,尽可能的保留和传播《川菜故事》中的地方特色文化为导向,提出了《川菜故事》的具体英译原则,即跨文化交际视角下的直译、意译、归化和音译翻译方法。《川菜故事》是传播中华文化的有力途径,使世界更好的了解川菜和四川区域文化,进一步加强了四川饮食文化的对外宣传,提升四川饮食特色文化影响力。
[Abstract]:The twenty-first Century is the era of globalization, the main feature is the cultural diversity. However, as a rich cultural heritage of the national culture, Chinese foreign exchange is the cultural output intensity of less than foreign culture input intensity, Chinese culture in the world cultural exchange is not dominant. China diet culture is an important part of China culture as one of the eight cuisine, Sichuan cuisine has a unique style of charm and appeal. Sichuan is the carrier of culture heritage and Bashu culture history, it reflects the people's way of life and the Sichuan. Sichuan Science story is one of the characteristics of Sichuan Province philosophy social science popularization project, it introduces the related Sichuan and Sichuan snacks more than 100 story. The story is SiChuan > Bashu traditional aesthetics impact, which not only introduces the food itself, show the people of Sichuan life wisdom, Show Sichuan contains profound cultural connotation and local characteristics. This paper discusses < name > Sichuan story translation in Sichuan dialect, there are translation of allusions and puns in the problems and solutions to these problems. Then, from the cross-cultural perspective, the communicative translation theory as a guide, as far as possible Sichuan story < > in reserve and spread the local culture as the guidance, put forward specific translation principles of Sichuan "story, namely from the perspective of intercultural communication translation, free translation, transliteration and translation methods. Domestication Sichuan story is a powerful way to spread Chinese culture, make the world a better understanding of Sichuan and Sichuan regional culture, to further strengthen the Sichuan diet culture propaganda, enhance the Sichuan diet culture influence.
