《和田地区亚中机电有限公司商业计划书》翻译实践报告

【摘要】：随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,中国对外交流日益频繁。中国已经进入资本经济时代。对外开放政策下的中国企业逐渐开始寻求国外融资,因此企业融资成功关键在于商业计划书的编写。一份完整的商业计划书主要包括计划概要、公司概况、产品和服务、行业和市场分析、营销策略、管理团队、财务预测和资本需求等。因此,好的商业计划书的翻译对于成功获得外商融资至关重要。本文以《和田地区亚中机电有限公司商业计划书》的汉英翻译实践报告为例,以纽马克的文本类型理论为指导,从语义翻译和交际翻译的视角对商业计划书的翻译实践进行分析。基于语言的三大功能,纽马克结合语言功能,将文本主要分为三大类,包括表达型文本、信息型文本和呼唤型文本。基于这一分类他又提出了语义翻译和交际翻译两大翻译方法。语义翻译力求接近原文,尊重原作者和源文化;而交际翻译则注重读者的反应,尊重译入语及其文化。同一文本不会仅具有一种功能。在翻译过程中,语义翻译与交际翻译两种方法不能被割裂开来,而要相互补充以使得译文更为自然简洁。本翻译报告共分为五个章节。第一章主要介绍了翻译项目的背景信息、翻译过程以及翻译项目的重要性。第二章主要对原文本进行分析,包括如何撰写商业计划书以及原文的语言特征。第三章介绍了纽马克的文本类型理论及语义翻译和交际翻译两大翻译方法。第四章主要介绍翻译实践过程中,结合纽马克的翻译理论和方法进行具体的案例分析。第五章总结作者对翻译项目以及报告的反思。翻译是一个不断优化不断改进的过程,译者应针对文本的语言功能有针对性地采取相应的翻译方法,保证翻译的质量和效果。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, China's foreign exchanges become more and more frequent. China has entered the era of capital economy. Under the policy of opening to the outside world, Chinese enterprises have gradually begun to seek foreign financing. Therefore, the key to the success of enterprise financing lies in the preparation of business plan. A complete business plan mainly includes a plan outline, company profile, products and services, industry and market analysis, marketing strategy, management team. Financial forecasts, capital requirements, etc. The translation of a good business plan is very important to the success of obtaining foreign financing. This paper takes the Chinese-English translation practice report of the Business Plan of Hotan Yazhong Electrical and Mechanical Co. Ltd as an example. Guided by Newmark's text type theory, this paper analyzes the translation practice of business plan from the perspective of semantic translation and communicative translation. Based on the three functions of language, Newmark combines language functions. The text is divided into three main categories, including expressive text, informational text and calling text. Based on this classification, he puts forward two translation methods: semantic translation and communicative translation. Semantic translation tries to approach the original text. Respect for the original author and source culture; Communicative translation, on the other hand, pays attention to the response of the reader and respects the target language and its culture. The same text does not have only one function. In the process of translation, semantic translation and communicative translation cannot be separated. The translation report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background information of the translation project. The second chapter mainly analyzes the original text. The third chapter introduces Newmark's text typology theory and two translation methods of semantic translation and communicative translation. Chapter 4th mainly introduces the process of translation practice. Chapter 5th summarizes the author's reflections on translation projects and reports. Translation is a process of continuous optimization and improvement. In order to ensure the quality and effect of translation, the translator should adopt corresponding translation methods according to the language function of the text.
