【摘要】:思想政治教育作为人类社会化的一种教育活动,承担着关爱人、引导人、塑造人、鼓舞人等等的社会功能,是引领和丰富人们精神世界的主要实践方式。思想政治教育既有政治属性,又具有文化属性。从政治属性来说,是根据统治阶级的政治需要来确定思想政治教育的教育目标。从文化属性而言,是通过文化化人的方式来实现一定阶级的政治目的。思想政治教育与社会发展进程中的特定时代背景紧密相连,其存在、转型、创新发展都是以社会经济、政治、文化等时代变迁、发展为前提和背景。人的思想政治素质的形成是随着人的生命历程的发展而处于不断的变动过程之中,人的日常生活和非日常生活中的诸多因素都对这一过程产生着或轻或重的影响。目前中国社会发展的大背景对内是加快发展社会主义市场经济,对外则是积极主动地参与全球化进程。可以说,当代中国思想政治教育所遇到的主要问题都是在这个大背景下展开的,所面临的考验也都与这两方面的现实密切相关。审视当今思想政治教育所处的时代背景,全面深化改革和实现中国特色社会主义现代化就成为了我们这个时代的主要特征。新的时代、新的环境对思想政治教育系统价值和功能的实现所带来的影响和制约不断强化。思想政治教育的实践和创新应以我国改革开放和现代化建设中所遇到的实际问题,以我们正在进行的社会主义核心价值观建设为中心,找准实践、创新的切入点和着力点,做到因势而谋、应势而动、顺势而为。 本论文中,思想政治教育环境界定为:影响思想政治教育活动的一切外部因素的总和。从哲学认识论和传播学的角度将信息界定为:通过特定媒介,是人的精神创造物的反映和揭示。思想政治教育信息指:被主体获取、利用、传递、交换、创造出来的,对思想政治教育活动、对人的思想品德的形成产生影响的信息。思想政治教育环境作为一种客观现实,对人的思想品德形成、人的政治社会化发展具有重要的作用。在社会主义市场经济和全球化的背景下,人的主体意识不断增强。在信息成为最重要资源的信息社会,环境中的信息对人们形成周围世界的基本看法、生活的态度、行为的选择产生的影响着越来越强化。在全球化、市场经济的时代背景下,提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,实现思想政治教育对社会发展的功能和价值,就迫切需要分析当前背景下社会的主要变革及特征,把握当前时代发展趋势,梳理影响思想政治教育功能和价值实现的主要因素和主要问题。以系统的、整体的、和谐发展的理念,从思想政治教育单位小系统(学校、工厂、乡村、社区、机关等)所处的社会大环境来展开深入的研究。关注整个社会层面的思想政治教育机制建构及其运行,关注人的素质的整体性存在、整体性提升和整体性发展,将思想政治教育辐射、扩大、渗透到人生活环境中的各个领域、各个方面和各个层次。 思想政治教育环境渗透研究就是在当前所处的两大时代背景下,针对思想政治教育功能和价值实现的现实困境,依托以往思想政治教育环境研究相关成果的基础上提出的。思想政治教育环境渗透是指,在思想政治教育环境中,思想政治教育信息引导社会成员通过获取、传递、变换、贮存、反馈等过程,了解、吸纳、认同一定社会的主流价值、思想道德观念和行为规范,促进社会成员知、情、意、信、行均衡协调发展和思想品德自主建构的社会精神生产活动。需要强调指出的是,本论文的研究主要是针对思想政治教育环境中对思想政治教育活动、对人的思想品德产生积极的、正面的影响的思想政治教育信息。思想政治教育环境渗透是要实现思想政治教育信息向多主体、多渠道的扩散,以非形式化的方式,以开放动态的模式,使人身处于其中,在潜移默化中,深入人的心灵,通过人的头脑,形成对个体精神世界的建构。通过渗透的方式,架起人与外界环境精神交往、对话的桥梁,从而实现思想政治教育的功能和价值。 本文从系统、信息、传播、文化等视域,对思想政治教育环境渗透进行综合性、系统性、开拓性研究。本文立足于思想政治教育基本原理,运用系统论、信息论、传播学等相关学科研究成果,对思想政治教育环境渗透的概念进行学理界定,着重对思想政治教育环境渗透的理论基础、思想资源进行溯源,尤其对思想政治教育环境渗透的主要内容、方式,结构及功能等作出较为全面的分析,试图构建一个比较系统的思想政治教育环境渗透体系,进而延伸到实践层面提出思想政治教育环境渗透的实现路径。 本文围绕构建思想政治教育环境渗透体系这一中心议题,共分七个部分进行阐述。 导论:从当代中国所面临的时代背景出发,分析对思想政治教育实效性带来的挑战和冲击,表明选择该论题进行研究的缘由。论文梳理了现有的与本论题相关研究的概况,提出了进行思想政治教育环境渗透研究的理论意义、实践意义,同时交代了本文的研究思路、研究方法、主要创新点和不足之处。 第一部分:对思想政治教育环境渗透的概念进行了界定,指出思想政治教育环境渗透的研究价值,这是全文的逻辑起点。以马克思主义唯物史观社会存在决定社会意识,“人创造环境,同样,环境也创造人”为立论基础,从思想政治教育学、系统论、信息论的角度界定了思想政治教育环境渗透的涵义,即:在思想政治教育环境中,思想政治教育信息引导社会成员通过获取、传递、变换、贮存、反馈等过程,了解、吸纳、认同一定社会的主流价值、思想道德观念、行为规范,促进社会成员知、情、意、信、行均衡协调发展和思想品德自主建构的社会精神生产活动。在概念界定的基础上,提出了研究思想政治教育环境渗透的价值,有利于增强思想政治教育感染力,有利于实现思想政治教育社会化,有利于提高思想政治教育功能和价值。 第二部分:分析、梳理了思想政治教育环境渗透的理论基础、思想资源、相关理论工具,这是本文的立论基础。深入系统地研究马克思、恩格斯、列宁、斯大林等马克思主义经典作家有关环境渗透的理论:“社会存在决定社会意识”、“人创造环境,同样,环境也创造人”、“环境的改变和人的活动的一致,只能被看作是并合理地理解为革命的实践”等许多关于思想政治教育环境功能、环境渗透的原创性观点。以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平等为主要代表的中国共产党人发展了马克思主义环境渗透的思想,理清各自理论形成的历史条件、主要内容和特点。“外因是变化的条件,内因是变化的根据”、“三个面向”、“大小环境”、“以科学的理论武装人,以正确的舆论引导人,以高尚的精神塑造人,以优秀的作品鼓舞人”、“贴近现实、贴近生活、贴近大学生”等。马克思主义经典作家关于思想政治教育环境的原创性理论,中国共产党人关于思想政治教育环境的重要思想为本文的撰写提供了坚实的理论基础。论文还梳理了古今中外关于思想政治教育环境渗透的重要思想资源,借鉴了系统论、信息学、传播学相关学科的理论工具,对这些理论基础和思想资源、理论工具的分析、梳理,有助于对当前思想政治教育环境渗透体系构建、渗透机理、实现路径的研究。 第三部分:提出了环境渗透的主要内容、方式、特征,这是思想政治教育环境渗透的理论概述。论文结合全球化背景和多元思想文化的交流激荡,强调社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行对人的发展具有思想引领作用。核心价值观的博弈和竞争是思想政治教育要解决的关键问题。围绕社会主义核心价值观建设、人的道德品质形成、人的行为规范的养成等核心,提出思想政治教育环境渗透的主要内容是社会主义核心价值观,以及围绕社会主义核心价值观教育而加工形成的信息体系。根据人的实践活动,从人生活的两个基本领域:日常生活与非日常生活提出了思想政治教育环境渗透的主要方式。日常生活是人类最直接、最普遍的存在方式、活动场域,通过人的衣食住行的日常消费行为、人与人之间日常的交往行为、日常生活观念及其方式对日常生活进行渗透。非日常生活主要是以理性为主要特征,通过经济生活、政治生活、文化生活、社会生活对非日常生活进行渗透。通过分析思想政治教育环境渗透的方式,提出思想政治教育环境渗透具有导向性、隐匿性、整合性、强化性的特征。 第四部分:分析了思想政治教育环境渗透的结构和功能,这是思想政治教育环境渗透的逻辑展开。结构是思想政治教育环境渗透的基本因素相互关联的方式或相对稳定的作用模式。思想政治教育环境渗透的结构从信息内容对人的影响、信息在环境渗透中的地位和形式两个层面,可分为:积极环境渗透和消极环境渗透;主动环境渗透与被动环境渗透;强势环境渗透和弱势环境渗透、显性环境渗透和隐性环境渗透。从主体和信息两条清晰稳定的脉络,建构思想政治教育环境渗透不可分割的有机整体,揭示它们之间既相互联系又相互制约的关系。 功能是系统的目的实现所表现的效果。思想政治教育环境渗透的功能是其系统内各要素相互作用的结果,是系统目的实现所表现出的效果。思想政治教育环境渗透的功能具有正向功能和负向功能,本文主要分析了思想政治教育环境渗透的正向功能:导向功能、凝集功能、激励功能、示范功能和发展功能等。 第五部分:客观分析了当前思想政治教育环境渗透所存在的主要问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,这是思想政治教育环境渗透的现实要求。现阶段,思想政治教育环境渗透存在三方面主要问题,内容上缺乏现实的表现性,形式上缺乏系统的体系化,效果上尚未满足社会发展的需要;从思想政治教育认同性危机、人本性缺失、人文性缺乏等方面分析了思想政治教育环境渗透存在问题的深层次原因。 第六部分:阐述了思想政治教育环境渗透的主要原则,探讨了思想政治教育环境渗透的实现路径,这是本文研究思想政治教育环境渗透的关键所在。原则是人们对客观事物认识的能动反映。思想政治教育环境渗透的原则是在思想政治教育环境渗透活动中必须坚持、必须遵循的基本要求,在这些原则的指导下,我们选择思想政治教育环境渗透的途径,对思想政治教育环境渗透的实践有重要的指导作用。进行思想政治教育环境渗透应该遵循的主要原则有:循序渐进、潜移默化、因势利导、自主选择、和谐发展。 在此基础上,围绕社会主义核心价值体系建设、思想道德素质、行为规范的养成,从思想引领、舆论推动、文化支撑三个方面提出了思想政治教育环境渗透的实现路径。以社会主义核心价值体系为核心,统领环境渗透方向,增强社会主义核心价值体系在生活中的社会现实性、使理论更体现生活化;以传播媒介为载体,政府主导舆论导向,社会舆论营造良好氛围,凝聚环境渗透中的正能量;传承中华优秀传统文化,利用好大众文化,开发具有中国风格、中国气派、中国符号的文化产品,丰富思想政治教育环境渗透的文化形态。
