政治理论灌输的时代困境与现实对策

【摘要】：灌输，本质上是宣传马克思主义纲领的基本原则，是中国共产党取得战争与革命胜利的主要“法宝”。但随着时代主题的转换，传统的灌输出现了较大的不适，“否定论”、“过时论”、“取消论”等等声音无一不指向灌输论的现代存在。回溯历史，灌输在战争与革命年代的科学性、合法性和价值性毋庸置疑，但也正因如此，建国后长期忽略了其发生的缘起与叙事的视阈，因而造成了后期灌输视阈扩大化、内容泛化、方式僵化等现象。思考现实，以时代主题转换和社会结构变迁为立论基点，可以肯定，灌输在其应在的视界其价值与地位依然未变，，但相较其它社会空间的生成和扩大，即政治领域以外广泛的其他社会空间，原则上不宜运用政治理论灌输。由此而产生的表象，不意味政治理论灌输本身价值下滑，而是其价值定位在新时期的回归。目前关于政治理论灌输的“否定论”“无用论”“过时论”和“取消论”等等，都是对其时代价值定位不准的误解，灌输的现代存在迫切需要重新定位。为了把握灌输理论的实质内涵，本文从概念出发，并反思我国三个有代表性的历史时期“灌输”的特质，再从当代视角出发，探究其时代困境，纠正错误认识，探寻科学运用的现实对策。全文由六部分组成：第一部分：引言。简要介绍本文的研究背景和意义、文献综述、思路与方法。第二部分：对“灌输”概念的溯源与解析。主要从三个部分展开研究，目的在于掌握其实质、内涵。第三部分：探究我国政治理论灌输的时代特质。归纳我国历史上不同阶段灌输论存在的合法性与问题，重树灌输当代形象、焕发政治理论灌输的时代魅力。以此说明:新时期,时代背景发生了重大变化，不但意味政治理论灌输在内容上会发生重大变化，也决定其存在空间、价值定位以及具体方法的转型或重构。第四部分：阐述我国新时期政治理论灌输的时代困境与认识误区，并且结合社会现实纠正错误认识。从社会主义现代化建设的客观实际着手，肯定政治理论灌输，对“无用论”、“过时论”、“取消论”一一批判，引导人们正确认识灌输理论。第五部分：挖掘新时期完善政治理论灌输的现实对策。本文的最终目的是增强灌输实践的有效性。为此，本部分从教育主体、接受主体、内容、载体以及增强灌输实效性的具体路径五个方面展开探究。第六部分：结束语。总结全文，重申政治理论灌输的现实价值，并坦陈本文研究的不足之处。
[Abstract]:The basic principle of propaganda of the Marxist agenda is essentially the basic principle of the Communist Party of China to achieve the victory of war and revolution . However , with the transformation of the theme of the times , there is no doubt that the value and the value of the traditional infusion have not changed .

In order to grasp the essential connotation of the theory of infusion , this paper begins with the concept and reflects the characteristics of the three representative historical periods in our country .

Part I : Introduction . This article briefly introduces the background and significance of the research , the literature review , the thoughts and methods .

The second part : the origin and analysis of the concept of " infusion " , mainly from three parts , the purpose is to master the essence and connotation .

The third part : probing into the characteristics of the era of political theory indoctrination in our country . It sums up the legitimacy and problems existing in different stages of indoctrination in China ' s history . It shows that the time background has changed greatly during the new period , which not only means that political theory instills great changes in content , but also decides its existence space , value orientation and transformation or reconstruction of concrete methods .

The fourth part : expounds the predicament and misunderstanding of political theory indoctrination during the new period of our country , and combines the social reality with the wrong understanding . From the objective reality of the socialist modernization construction , it is affirmed that the political theory indoctrination , and the criticism of " useless theory " , " outdated theory " and " cancellation theory " , which leads people to know the infusion theory correctly .

The fifth part is to explore the realistic countermeasures to perfect political theory indoctrination during the new period . The final aim of this paper is to enhance the effectiveness of irrigation practice . To this end , this part explores five aspects of the concrete ways to improve the effectiveness of infusion .

The sixth part : concluding remarks , summarizing the whole text , reaffirming the practical value of the infusion of political theory , and discussing the shortcomings of this paper .
